In WWE's Wellness Policy, it states that they will start handing down fines and/or suspensions for "the intentional use of a folding metal chair to 'strike' an opponent to the head."

This is definitely a good thing for the health of the wrestlers. This will also make any head shots mean something and if it happens once in a while, it should get a good reaction when it happens.
