Shootin' with The Snapshot

This past weekend was the big Eric Simms birthday bash weekend. On Saturday I turned 36. I did the usual partying and got some great gifts. Celebrating the same birthday as I is Missy Hyatt. I think she is close to 40 now. Recently, I was at the internationally known and world famous Pro Wrestling World in Allentown, PA where I saw a 1986 poster of Missy Hyatt. She looked hot as hell there. I saw her recently not to long ago and I must say she looks like a totally different person. Anyone that knows or has seen her can understand what I am saying. Unlike her counterpart in the Wrestling Vixxxens Tammy " Sunny " Sytch who is another gorgeous lady. Tammy was hot as hell back in her WWE days but I think she still looks good even today. Her body has changed slightly but I like that look and feel she looks healthier today than she did back then.

I have been reading all the posts about the cancer benefit show. I even posed some compelling questions. I have read how Dan O Connel is getting killed by Jaden's responses. I like Dan so I would like to come to chime in for a second. Dan and his partner Ron have a great tag team act called the Soul Brothers. This is a family act and there act is geared toward the family style shows. There act is not geared toward the smart mark crowd and thus if they work the smart shows will not get favorable reviews. Both are decent workers but have a great gimmick. In my past writings I have mentioned that I am very big on gimmicks as I feel that is where the money is. Look at the Undertaker for instance. That is a great gimmick and he has longevity. Dan has aligned himself with Doc diamond. I have known Doc for a long time. Deep down he is a decent guy that would give you the shirt off his back. Doc has a down side also. That was brought up recently in a response by Jaden with his talks with Dan

elvinsoul1: He disappears for weeks at a time. Whenever you need him for anything he is not around. You can't run a business with a person that is never there

elvinsoul1: Doc is holding me back. I want to do this for a living but I will never go anywhere as Doc is involved

elvinsoul1: Right now there is no show. You might as well take another booking
fallenkokushi: Thatz kewl, EWA is Running that night. Me and the 1's can work 4them..
fallenkokushi: So what does this mean for the WWSA?
fallenkokushi: Are you and Doc not patners?...
elvinsoul1: I should be running a real company. The wwsa is a joke
fallenkokushi: What will you do if the WWSA Closes Down?
elvinsoul1: I don't care. I have the school that doc had no part in. I got everything and now doc is mad because he feels left out. He does not understand that you can't be gone for weeks at a time. we almost lost it because he does not get back to anyone. Doc had nothing to do with the school. It was all me and Ron.

elvinsoul1: We wll use the school to run a Promotion. It won't be anything like the wwsa. Things wll be done right. I am not going to fuck this up like doc fucked up the wwsa

To defend Dan a little. I have been in the same place as Dan. Doc is hard to get a hold of but means well. Due to his health sometimes he is incoherent and sometimes runs off for lengths at a time. While WWSA has a good product, for the long haul I feel NWS and JAPW have better products and have more longevity. Due to Doc's illness he relies on people's integrity to do the stuff that he cannot do. This is not the first time. If what Jaden said is true about bankrolling and helping out Dan, then there can be some credence to this statement being that I know for a fact that Doc on video tape was promised by a well known trainer with a famous wrestling school for the money he invested that he was part owner. He also subsidized another south jersey promoter who is no longer with us. I also know that he personally bankrolled a tag team that he used to manage. He also gave one half of the tag team 15,000 as a down payment on his home and made him VP of his corporation and to this day I do not believe he has been reimbursed. This is the same member of the infamous tag team that no showed Doc and his family at the church at the christening ceremony while he was supposed to be the God father of his son and never called to explain his absence. It is a shame in this world when you have a decent man with a heart and caring like Doc Diamond to have people constantly use him and buy his friendship. He deserves better than this. If all the alleged statements are true then some people need to look at themselves in the mirror because the integrity of this business is again called into question.

Another thing that has bothered me greatly recently is this incident with Johnny Kashmere. Originally, I thought this could be a work but after checking more into this I come to find this is not just a random act. Business is business but personal is not business. I feel it is wrong when a person cannot be safe in there own home. I blame the message boards for going overboard and making this personal. When you put out a persons private information especially in a business such as wrestling you are feeding the pirahanna's. This is not the first incident where this has happened. Last year around this time a NJ promoter's phone and address was put on the same CZW message board. Due to this info being leaked I personally know that this person's vehicle was vandalized. An incident report was filed on that situation with a south jersey police department. As of this date this incident is still an open matter. As far as Johnny Kashmere is concerned. He is in a tough spot right now. Does he file a report with the police and risk losing the respect of his piers? Or does he suck it up cause this is the wrestling business and that is how old school justice is dished out. I do not want to make that call as I am not walking in his shoes. But as an old school guy in this new generation I highly suggest that if you do business and want to be controversial then you should get a PO Box and have all your business go there. That way it protects the privacy of your own home. People get a life this is pro wrestling. Most of wrestling is smoke and mirrors. Settle your problems in the ring or privately back stage and not outside the realm of the business world.
