RF VIDEO has so many amazing shoots lined up in the near future.  Wait till you hear who is taking the hot seat next!!

It is no secret that RF VIDEO is well connected in the wrestling world.  We were with ECW from day one until the end and we started at the time one of the hottest indy companies around.  Now we are going to start to bring some of the biggest names to all of the wrestling conventions that are coming around.  We already announced that we have George Steele lined up down in  Charlotte, North Carolina this August.  We also will have some other major guests as well that will be taking pictures and signing autographs at our huge merchandise tables.

We are going to drop a huge bombshell this Friday as RF VIDEO has a guest that has NEVER been to a wrestling convention before.  We will be bringing this guest to the Fan Slam convention on June 21st in Totawa NJ.  We will announce this on Friday.  This man has revolutionized the wrestling business and is responsible for getting over so many wrestlers that we have all grown up watching!!

I just read a funny article over at the DOI that made me spit my sushi out from laughter. I love when a person who should NEVER react to what fans say about them go postal.  If you can't take criticism you should not try to play booker.  Could you see Vince doing something like that with someone who supports his product?

Anyone could book the best indy talent in dream matches if you have deep pockets to back you up.  But if you can't book and create characters with storylines that make your houses go up each month than what is the point of being in business.  Running new markets is not growing it is taking chances. I like to stay on top of everything in the wrestling world and there are companies out there who have the best talent but have no idea on how to book their talent.  They think by presenting some of the most talented workers in the ring and allowing them to go out there and kill each other by dropping them on their heads is what the business is about. Sure this business is tough and people get hurt, but there are things that could be done to prevent stupid injuries from happening.  That is everything that is killing the business and hurting the workers.  When you can't even teach your talent when to sell and not to just do spot after spot and to slow it down than you know you have problems.  Again this is not a plug for our Al Snow shoot or even our Joey Matthews shoots but they both touch on what I am talking about.

The RF VIDEO crew is ready to unveil its latest exclusive concept: BELL TO BELL. Bell to Bell is an informative DVD in which four members of the wrestling landscape sit down to discuss a variety of subjects. The debut edition of Bell to Bell includes pro wrestlers Al Snow and Bushwhacker Luke along with Steven Johnson, author of several critically acclaimed wrestling books including Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame: the Tag Teams and the Heels. This panel put their years of experience to good use while going in-depth on the topics at hand.

With Johnson's books as a foundation, the panel discussed two main themes in general: Tag Teams and Heels. Within this framework the group talked about many of the intricate details including: the lost art of tag team wrestling, drawing money, longevity, good vs. evil, the differing types of heels, getting over, and much more. You will also hear specific examples as the men discuss such performers as The Kangaroos, the Sheepherders, the Rockers, the Original Sheik and many others. RF VIDEO is confident you'll love this new idea as much as we do!

Tag Teams
1) lost art of tag teaming
2) getting the team over
3) drawing money
4) longevity
5) The Kangaroos
6) Sheepherders
7) Bushwackers
8) Rockers
9) and much more

Heels
1) heels job
2) good vs evil
3) different kinds of the heels
4) the Sheik
5) Sheepherders
6) getting over
7) and more

Do you remember the first time you watched RF VIDEO's legendary shoot interview with the Iron Sheik? Out of control is one way to describe it. Completely insane is another. One thing everyone can agree on is that the shoot was a Must Watch in every way possibly and finally we have found another wrestling superstar who recorded a shoot interview that you won't be able to tear yourself away from… no matter how hard you try!

Ken Patera, Olympic athlete and wrestling strongman sat down for career defining interview that even had our eyes bugging out, and we've seen everything! We're sure you've heard the rumors that Patera has the potential to go postal if asked the wrong questions and we were more than ready to pepper Ken with the questions YOU wanted asked, even at the risk to our health! We asked Ken point blank about his infamous arrest after attacking a McDonald's and were able to get his side of this incredible story. After getting that question out of the way, we knew we could ask anything, and the interview really picked up steam as Ken answered everything we threw his way.

Patera talked about starting his career in weightlifting and how it got him into the Olympics. The conversation moved over into wrestling, and Ken talked about breaking into the business through Verne Gagne's AWA and just gave us a ton of stories centering on Verne Gagne's much loved promotion. How did Patera meet Ric Flair and exactly why did Flair want to quit the business during a time when the two shared an apartment together? You'll get the answer to that along with a lot more AWA stuff.

We know what you want, WWF dirt and Patera held nothing back as he talked about leaving Minnesota for New York and working for the biggest circus in wrestling. Every big name of the era is talked about including: Bob Backlund, Superstar Billy Graham, Bruno Sammartino, Dusty Rhodes, Big John Studd, Andre the Giant, Hulk Hogan, Ivan Putski and so many more that all long time wrestling fans are going to be completely marking out. Even we couldn't believe what Patera said about Bobby Heenan and Hulk Hogan!

But that's not all! Patera has a special message for Sheiky Baby and this is something you'll want to hear for yourself! One great story after another flowed from a man who clearly had a lot to air out after holding it in for so long. Ken goes off on Billy Jack Haynes and has a frank discussion on the controversial subject of drugs in wrestling, including owning up to his own demons. We covered Patera's time in jail and this is one subject that will have many fans glued to their screens. You want crazy ring rat stories and tales of absolutely insane ribs? This DVD has both in spades and best of all is the Sheik-worthy rants that Patera goes off on that have nothing to do with the subject at hand. Politics, stock investment… these subjects sound innocuous but they become hilarious when Patera loses his mind talking about them! This is the one shoot interview you'll be telling all your friends about and quoting for months!

RF VIDEO also had the chance to sit down with Tugboat/Typhoon one half of the natural disasters over the weekend.  This guy is a riot and the entire time I was doing the interview I kept on thinking I was with John Candy from the movie Uncle Buck.  He looks so much like him now.  Talk about a down to earth nice guy.

We talk about his start in Memphis and Texas.  What was it like to get to know Bruiser Brody outside the ring.  What did he think of Jerry Lawler.  What kind of politics were played in his career down in Memphis and why he was not a Lawler fan.  What heat did Lawler have when he went to the WWE and who really took a dump in his crown?  What about working with Gary Hart and Bill Dundee?

How did he get his name US Steel?  What was it like to work with Dusty Rhodes in Florida.  Why does DDP have a big ego?  What were his thoughts on Oliver Humperdink and how big of a fan was he of Florida wrestling.  He talks about getting the offer to go to either WWE or WCW and why he decided to go to the WWF.

What was it like to work for Vince and what did he think of him when he first met with them.  What was it like to work with Hulk Hogan right off the bat.  Did he think it was going to hurt him in the long run?  What was it like to hang in the locker room with Andre and he tells a great story about the night that Andre farted in the locker room and it sounded like a lion roar.  How did he get along with Earthquake outside the ring?  He has alot to say about the way that Randy Savage treated Elizabeth.  What does he think of HTM. Did the travel schedule ever get to him.

He has some really funny travel stories about the Sheik and Sheik showing up drunk at a house show and why they were late.  What was it like to work in Japan against the Road Warriors.  Why did the Road Warriors try to call their matches and not allow those guys to get their stuff in?  What did Tugboat say to Hawk and Animal.  Did he like to work with Ted Dibase and Dino Bravo?  We talk about working with all the tag teams like Money inc, Nasty Boys and Beverly Brothers.  You will hear some new crazy stories about the Nasty Boys and some of the ribs that they pulled over seas.  What happened the night Nailz attacked Vince. What did he think about Lex Luger and the Ultimate Warrior and why they were both insane to deal with at times.

What about working with Bigelow and Yokozuna?  What was the drug scene like in the WWE back then?  We also talk about his infamous WCW debut at the Clash of Champions.  He talks about the most talked about 5 seconds of his life when he came crashing thru the wall.  This is one of the funniest things that I have seen live.

We talk about his infamous matches with Regal, Steamboat, Sid Vicious and the Wargames.  He has so many stories about his time in WCW.  Why did he leave WCW and only go back to the WWE for their battle royal?  From life on the road, to his days after pro wrestling Tugboat talks about his entire career from start to finish.  Even if your not a huge Tugboat fan his stories about everyone around him in the business is great.  Your not going to want to miss this one!!!

One of wrestling?s most fascinating eras is the era of the late 1990s. Steve Blackman lived that era as a WWE superstar. Steve Blackman?s career began long before he jumped the guard rail in 1997. The jumping of the guard rail and his WWE debut was just the icing on the cake.

Steve Blackman sat down with RF Video for one of the most interesting interviews to date. Steve?s career began in the 1980s and he remembers every day of it. Steve talks in the very beginning of the interview about why he never used steroids in wrestling or succumbed to drug and alcohol abuse on the road with a great story from his past. A great way to start, yet it was only the beginning.

Steve talks about lying his way into New Japan and a tour that would change his career. Who did he meet that changed his career on that tour and why? Who did he meet on that tour that tormented him and made his life miserable? What two wrestlers almost pushed him to the brink? Steve also talks about some great ribs played in Japan and a hotel prank that almost got him thrown him in jail.

Steve talks about his days in Stampede with one of the most famous crews in wrestling. Steve tells some great Brian Pillman stories that have never been told before. Steve also talks about touring with Owen Hart, the Bulldogs, Pillman, and more. Steve recounts some great Owen Hart ribbing and how they all found out who the stooge of the company was? Steve also has some great Stu Hart stories.

Steve made a deal to start with the WWE in the late 1980s, early 1990s but never did start until 1997. What happened? Steve talks about almost dying and the longest plane trip of his life. Steve also talks about the pitfalls of trying to come back and the suicidal thoughts he had on the road to recovery.

Steve returned to the WWE locker room in 1997, but not to wrestle. Steve came looking for years of retribution. Remember the two guys who tormented Steve years ago in New Japan? Steve walked into a locker room in Hershey, PA and told his friends he was here for payback. Who was it? What happened when Steve finally confronted him? Why didn?t Steve take retribution in Japan? The story is a great one!

Steve talks extensively about his career in the WWE. Steve talks about the Survivor Series 1997 and has an interesting take on it. Steve talks about his problems with promos. Steve talks about all of his favorite and least favorite tag team partners. Steve talks about his memorable matches, including SummerSlam against Shane McMahon. Steve talks about the road schedule, Vince McMahon?s first reaction to his gimmick, how he changed and altered the gimmick and why, who he liked to ride with, some great road stories and more. Which WWE superstar changed with success? Why are top guys so guarded?

Steve also talks about his experience in the Brawl for All. Why was Steve so confident that he could win? What rule changed the day of the tournament that made him change his game plan? Why does he think it didn?t get over? Was it a good idea? Memories of his match with Marc Mero and if he could have taken Bart Gunn? What did Bart do wrong against Butterbean? What kind of training did Steve do for his matches? Why didn?t he continue in the tournament?

Steve also talks about something Dan Severn said in an earlier shoot. Steve says what he thinks would have happened if Dan had shot in the Royal Rumble. Could Dan have pulled it off?

Steve also talks about why he got out of the business and what he is doing today. Steve gives his thoughts on UFC and how he thinks he would have done. Steve talks about his partner Ken Shamrock?s fights in UFC and has some interesting advice for his ex-partner and foe. Steve also talks about pro wrestlers getting into UFC and has some thoughts on how Brock Lesnar, Bobby Lashley, and Kurt Angle?s chances at long term success.

Steve is more than the black pants and black boots. Steve is engaging and has a ton of great stories in the ring and on the road. Steve has a great memory and takes us through his long journey to achieve success in pro wrestling. From death bed to WrestleMania, Steve talks about it all. This is truly an RF Video Shoot Interview for the ages.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Larry “The Axe” Hennig is a true legend in the sport of professional wrestling, and the architect of a wrestling dynasty. RF Video had the honor of sitting down for what Larry called, “the best interview he ever did.” As Larry said, “You guys were the first to cover everything from start to finish.” The interview is fascinating whether you are a fan of Larry, his son Curt, or his era of the business.

Larry talks extensively about his relationship with Verne Gagne. Why would Larry have bad feelings towards someone he worked for most of his career? You will find out what led to the falling out between these two. Larry talks quite a bit about the AWA. Larry talks about all of the famous AWA personalities like Nick Bockwinkel, Bobby Heenan, Crusher, Bruiser, Wally Karbo, the Gagnes, Baron Von Rachke, the Vachons, and provides some hilarious anecdotes to go with the names.

Larry goes in depth about his legendary run with Harley Race as tag team champions. Larry tells some great road stories about going on the road with one of wrestling?s most colorful personalities. Larry recounts occasions where both men took each other to the hospital. Larry talks about the night Harley Race was stabbed in a bar. Larry talks about tagging with Harley and what made their team so good. Larry talks a lot about the valued relationship he has to this day with the legend.

The interview also covers a lot about his famous son, Curt Hennig. Larry talks about taking Curt on the road as a kid. Larry talks about why Curt got into the business, and training his son. Larry gives his thoughts on Curt?s tenure at Verne Gagne?s wrestling camp. Larry talks about wrestling with his son and his son?s early days on the territories. Larry gives a great story about a match he and Curt had with the Road Warriors in the Meadowlands. Larry also talks about advising his son throughout his career. What were some of Larry?s proudest moments as the father of Curt? Larry also recounts a contentious meeting with he, his son, and Vince McMahon and a bidding war between WWF and WCW for Curt.

In what was truly a precious moment, Larry talks about the passing of Curt. Larry gets very emotional when recounting of the day he and his family found about Curt. Larry talks about how his death impacts the family to this day. Larry also talks about what it meant to induct Curt at two Hall of Fame ceremonies. It is almost impossible not to shed a tear when listing to Larry talk about losing his on at such an early age.

Whether you were a fan of the AWA, Larry Hennig, Curt, Larry?s era of stars like Lou Thesz and Karl Gotch, Larry has great stories. Larry also has fantastic stories about some of wrestling?s biggest stars like Ric Flair, Superstar Graham, Dusty Rhodes, and others as they were coming up the ranks of the wrestling business. Larry?s memory is impeccable and he is one of the best storytellers ever to sit down with RF Video.

Shoot with Road Warrior Animal

It's been eight long years since RF VIDEO last sat down with one of the true legends of pro wrestling. A founding member of one of the greatest tag teams in history that is well remembered for the complete dominance across the wrestling landscape. WHAT A RUSHHHHHHH… of course we are talking about none other than Road Warrior Animal!

In this exclusive interview, the first since the passing of his best friend and long time partner Hawk, Animal holds absolutely nothing back and you'll realize that within the first five minutes as he clearly didn't care who he was going to piss off or what bridges he may possibly be burning. This is the real "Animal Unleashed" and we covered all the hot topics you want to hear about, including why Animal was upset that he was not asked to be a part of Ric Flair's farewell ceremony on Monday Night Raw! You will get a first hand account of the heat both Animal and Hawk received from the WWE because of Hawk's behavior, along with some of the actions that brought that heat upon them.

You want road stories? This amazing new shoot has them in spades, including some incredible tales of overseas tours. Animal tells us who had Hawk's ear during their prime years, and which of those men were a bad influence on him. No stranger to drugs in wrestling, Animal frankly discussed Hawk's demons (including a time when Hawk's resting heart beat was over 170) along with the Benoit tragedy and the heat Animal took for comments made about that incident.

Many of you have seen or heard about the infamous YouTube stuff between Animal and Jon Heidenreich, but for the first time ever we got Animal to talk about that along with the really story about the $5000 that Heidenreich feels he is owed by Animal. You'll get the inside dirt on all the problems Animal had in WWE at that time in this shocking new interview, including what is what to be informed of his release by his own brother, John Laurinatis.

We cover the past, present, and future of Animal's career. You'll get stories on which guys back in the NWA were jerks, details on what happened between Hawk and Shawn Michaels in church that squashed their heat, Animals feelings on writers in wrestling, and what Animal would like to do in wrestling in the upcoming years. We cover it all! Fans of '80s and '90s wrestling are going to love the tales weaved by one of the biggest names during that era. A must have for Legion of Doom fans and a great watch for anyone who loves hearing about all the backstage happenings within wrestling! Dine on Danger, Snack on Death, and enjoy one hell of a shoot!

Shoot Interview with Bill Irwin

One of the last great journeyman wrestlers of the last three generations is “Wild” Bill Irwin. Along with his brother Scott, the Long Riders dominated the territorial world of the National Wrestling Alliance. The Long Riders may wrestle in Texas, Tennessee, Japan, and Georgia all in one week. If there is a man with a story to tell, it would be “Wild” Bill Irwin.

Bill Irwin sat down with RF Video and took us for a trip down memory lane. Drop a name and Bill could tell you a story and a half about that person. Whether it is a wild road trip, carrying his inebriated opponent to ten minutes, traveling overseas, a bloody war, various bookers, drugs, alcohol, and the rock and roll life, Bill Irwin talks about it all in this shoot interview.

Bill may be most known to newer fans as part of the revolution known as World Class Championship Wrestling. Along with the glory of WCCW, came tragedy. Bill recounts 72 hours of madness surrounding the death of David Von Erich. Bill was the last person to see David alive. Bill talks about the plane ride to Japan with David, his last hours in Japan, their last conversation, and the madness that ensued once the news broke about David?s passing. It is the most detailed account of one of pro wrestling?s biggest mysteries that you will ever hear. Were drugs flushed down the toilet as Gary Hart claimed in his shoot? You will have to watch the shoot and find out how Bill responds to Gary?s accusations.

If you don?t know Bill from the various territories, World Class, or even his days as Super Destroyer, you may know him as someone else. The Goon! The staff of RF VIDEO was blown away with our latest shoot interview. We knew going in this man would pull no punches, as he is known in locker rooms across the country as a straight shooter. We've followed his career from SMW to ECW to finally WWE and yet we still weren't prepared for what we caught on tape. That's right, RF VIDEO is proud to announce the latest in our exclusive line of shoot interviews featuring the one and only AL SNOW!

It has been over ten long years since Snow sat down with us and we were surprised that we got not only a great shoot interview, but so much more as Al explained so much about the working insides of the wrestling business. To some degree, this new DVD is part shoot/part Behind Closed Door as Al mixes answering questions with weaving one story after another on his experience behind the scenes. If you are even considering getting into wrestling, or are a fan who has always wanted to know exactly what it takes to break into ? and keep working ? in wrestling, then this is the one man you need to listen to as Snow as been in and around the wrestling business working in various capacities for going on twenty five years.

Al discusses wrestling psychology and took us through an in-depth look at exactly what is wrong with today's wrestling. Snow walked us through what guys are doing in the ring today, how it is wrong, and explains how it can be fixed. Snow described the "formula" trap that many wrestlers fall into and detailed his Seven Deadly Steps of a Wrestling Match. With one great example after another, Snow clearly showed how guys can be great wrestlers, but not great workers. Laying out matches, what "highspot" really means, what a pop should really be about, these and many more subjects are passionately talked about by Snow as he details how the art of the business is slowly being lost because it is being handed over to wrestlers not being trained by qualified professionals. Even we were shocked when Snow gave us his opinion on wrestlers who work the "stiff style" of wrestling with the mistaken idea that it is making wrestling look more real.

Snow doesn't just explain the faults of wrestling, he also gives his answers on what needs to be done to get wrestling back on track and what promoters need to do to sell more tickets. Al also goes on the record describing his life on the road, including what he feels "paying your dues" really means. This is one of the only interviews in which you will honestly hear what the day-to-day life is for an average WWE superstar and the almost Faustian deal you have to make when you sign up for the major leagues. Amazing, truly amazing material.

Of course we talked about Al's run in ECW and what it was like to work with Paul Heyman. Snow told us why he wanted out of his WWE contract, as well as how he ended up back there with the famous "Head" gimmick. Al described the locker room at the time with HBK and Bret Hart along with seeing guys like The Rock, Steve Austin, and Triple H work their way up through the system. We covered all of Snow's major feuds in the fed, including his programs with Marc Mero, the Bossman and Bob Holly. Snow gives his candid thoughts on Mic Foley, along with some hilarious dealings with Vince McMahon that will have every viewer in stitches.

Al also reinvented his career by being the head trainer on MTV's Tough Enough series. This shoot answers why Al thought it was a great concept for the WWE to get involved in and which guys backstage were against the show. Al talks as well as going through all the guys who went through the system, explaining "who had it," and who didn't. The Angle challenge with Daniel Puder, UFC taking some ideas from Tough Enough, and break out star John Morrison are amount the subjects covered in this highly entertaining section!

Snow then went down to OVW to be their head trainer and talked about working with both Jim Cornette and Paul Heyman, and which one of them was frustrating to work with. Al went over all the greats that spent time in OVW, including Randy Orton, and how the OVW system helped out WWE's talent pool when they were looking to hire guys. You'll going to hear hilarious stories featuring the Shane Twin's dark match, Jim Cornette flipping out on them, and other various hijinx down in WWE's developmental territory. Why did Al think it was a bad idea to hire Matt Sydaln and how did Sydal win over Al snow as a fan? What was it like to work with CM Punk, and did Snow feel Punk was just Heyman's "golden boy?"

Whew! We don't have room to bring up everything on this DVD, but Snow also talks about what TNA should do to succeed and why it would help the business. We talk about Snow's regretting the interview he did with us ten years ago as well as fans who call themselves smart to the business. Snow gives his take on the Meanie/JBL incident from One Night Stand and actually gets very heated during this segment as Al explains what he would have done in Meanie's shoes.  What is Al Snow's  thoughts about life on the road as he explains ground hog day.  The Chris Benoit tragedy. Just an incredible interview from top to bottom, one that will be talked about for years

Rey Mysterio was scheduled to return to the ring from bicep surgery next month. However, the company has pulled him from all house shows in June. No return date for Mysterio has been set either. WWE had plans for Mysterio to return at One Night Stand on 6/1 because its in his hometown of San Diego, but that's obviously off the cards.

-- The ECW website was advertising another Matt Striker "Classroom" segment with Mick Foley as the guest for last night's show, but the segment was nixed come show time, perhaps due to time constraints.

-- In case you missed it on Monday, Candice Michelle was inserted in place of Torrie Wilson in "The World Is Watching" promo that airs before Raw & SmackDown broadcasts. When Trish Stratus left the company in the fall of 2006, WWE replaced Stratus with Torrie in the promo.

-- Speaking of Torrie, while her profile has been removed from the SmackDown section on WWE.com, the profile itself has yet to be deleted.

-- Ultimate Warrior has an account on Facebook.com promoting his return to the ring at www.facebook.com/pages/The-Ultimate-Warrior/13277910115.

TNA's official website is teasing a "shoot" interview with Sting will air the next three weeks on iMPACT!, starting tomorrow night. The sit-down interview hosted by Mike Tenay will feature Sting "talking about some things he's rarely discussed on-camera in his career".
