When the war in Iraq began I was thrilled that we were finally taking action against this tyrant and at the same time I was sad because I had a bunch of friends who would be heading to that part of the world and might not be returning.

The war in Iraq is just an extension on the war on terror. If anyone tries to tell you different they either do not understand what is going on or they are a part of the “Blame Bush” machine that is running wild these days.

The “Blame Bush” machine is made up of the Democratic Party that has been overrun by the loony far left. Their goal is to prove that the war in Iraq was not a just war and thus we need regime change. They will stop at nothing to embarrass the Bush administration even if it means making shit up or denying the truth.

I recall the day that Colin Powell was presenting his case for action against Iraq at the United Nations Security Council. I remember it clearly because my wife was having surgery and I was watching in the waiting room. I remember how Secretary Powell spoke about the goals of Saddam Hussein to acquire, develop and use weapons of mass destruction. The dreaded WMD case. I remember Powell showing off pictures taken by satellite of what looked like proof of Iraq having these weapons. It was pretty amazing.

The case with the WMD’s wasn’t the only reason to go to war with Iraq. That is the first myth the Democratic Party wants everyone to believe. There was no other reason other then WMD’s to remove Saddam from power. HA. What a joke! The WMD situation was the reason to ACT FAST. Not just act. People do not realize that. Well people that buy into the Democratic Parties attempts to smear the President.

We went to war in Iraq to remove an evil dictator. A man who not only had weapons of mass destruction but a man who used them in his war with Iran and on his own people after the Gulf War ended. Saddam was ordered to disarm as part of a ceasefire and as a way to help end the Gulf War. Saddam agreed. He agreed to disarm. Well over the course of the next 10 years Saddam Hussein defied 16 different resolutions passed by the United Nations Security Council. He prevented weapons inspectors from doing their job properly – that is when the inspectors were finally allowed in the country to do their job. They had MONTHS to move those weapons that not only the United States intelligence agencies claimed Saddam had, but so did the UK, Pakistan, Israel and a number of other countries. Is everyone wrong? Or is there a chance that these weapons were moved in the months before the invasion of Iraq?

After the major fighting in Iraq ended, no weapons were ever found…that is until a couple of years later when a shit load of Mustard Gas and Sarin was found in Iraq. The Democrats quickly jumped up and said “These aren’t the weapons that Bush was talking about so Bush is still a liar and the war in Iraq is based on lies.” This is what they claim. Meanwhile WMD’s were FOUND. Its just they weren’t the “right ones” so I guess it doesn’t matter. The “experts” said that some of the weapons were outdated but were still potentially dangerous. Is that not enough to say that Saddam violated the resolution to completely disarm? I think it is. But its not enough for the Democrats because it would not only prove they are the liars but that Bush and the rest of the free world that is fighting this war on terror was right. And that doesn’t fit in with their political agenda. So they make things up just to prove their own lies. Pretty amazing huh?

Not too long ago the top Iraqi General in the Iraqi Air Force ADMITTED that Saddam not only had these weapons but they were moved to Syria with the help of Russian officials in the months before the invasion. HUH? That’s right. It’s a FACT. This leads to another part of this problem….

Why are the other countries in the Security Council so against this war in Iraq? Why are they against regime change? Why do they want Saddam in power? The man is an animal. He pays Palestinian families thousands of dollars if anyone acts as a homicide bomber and kills innocent Israelis. That’s a supporter of terrorism! The man would let his sons pull women right off the street and rape them in front of their fathers, their husbands and their kids. If anyone had a problem with that they were silenced with a bullet to the head! This is the guy France wants in power!?!? What the ?!?!!? Why on earth would France, Russia, China and Germany want to help Saddam out? HERES WHY:

When the Gulf War ended part of the ceasefire agreement was that sanctions would be placed on Iraq. He was being punished for invading 2 countries. He was no longer allowed to sell the oil that belonged to the Iraqi people and keep the money for himself. It would be regulated and that money would go to rebuild their country and pay restitutions. All those scumbag countries listed above decided to engage in ILLEGAL deals with Saddam under the table in the now infamous Oil of Money scandal that had ties back to all those countries including Kofi Anan’s own son. That’s right, the Secretary General of the United Nations son was doing ILLEGAL business with Saddam Hussein! So now these countries are getting their oil for dirt cheap and Saddam is getting rich off it once again. Why on earth would these countries want regime change in Iraq when they profit off this terrorist?

My favorite argument the Democrats try to push is the blatant lie about how the Bush administration has “no plan for Iraq” at all. To my recollection I believe they did and still do have a plan for Iraq. Didn’t our military take out the Bathist Party in like a week? Didn’t we win that part of the fighting? Saddam was out of power. Didn’t we say that we’d help create elections to put into place a government that would help draft a constitution? That happened. Millions of people voted and that happened. A constitution was written up and agreed upon after some debating. That happened quicker in Iraq then it did when the United States tried to draft our own Constitution! After the Iraqi Constitution was drawn up didn’t they say they would elect a new government and a new Prime Minister to lead Iraq? Yeah I think we did. Actually, I KNOW we did. And guess what happened? Yep, the plan that was drawn up was put into effect.

Are there problems in Iraq? Of course. Its not a stable area. There are terrorists trying to destroy what the Iraqi people want – and that is freedom. As more Iraqi’s stand up for themselves more American soldiers will stand down. It’s a process that was spoken about time and time again but is ignored by the Democrats who cry over and over again that there is no plan in Iraq. They also cry that there is a Civil War going on when in fact that has not been reported or confirmed ANYWHERE. Talk that a Civil War can break out is what we hear. Not that Civil War is going on.

How about this one – how about how the Democrats cry there is no plan for Iraq but they never come up with a plan themselves. The only thing you hear from them is to cut and run. Tuck your tail and get the hell out of there. Great leadership they got over there with dem Dems! They are a joke. This applies to every issue too. They bash Bush on every issue and never come up with a better plan. What a fucking joke!

Well come November there is talk that the Republicans will lose control of the House and Congress. I’m not a Republican but I can only hope that’s wrong. Democrats in control of our country is a dangerous thing these days. Their leadership is suspect at best. They themselves elected Howard Dean to be their Party Chairman. This guy is a far left lunatic! They elected John Kerry to be their Presidential candidate. Yes the same Kerry who called American troops terrorists who terrorize women and children in Iraq and then said that it shouldn’t be Americans doing that it should be Iraqi’s terrorizing each other. This guy is a buffoon!

Come November people will make their choices and either way I’ll stay Patriotic and true to my country. But man I can only hope the Democrats continue to disgrace themselves and our country can continue to move forward in our quest for peace on earth. We will never have that peace as long as terrorism is appeased and allowed to run freely.
