The 2008 Presidential Election
The 2008 Presidential Election is just around the corner and the candidates are lining up and tossing their hat into the ring to get their parties nomination to run. So who will you vote for? Who do you want leading the country the next 4 years and possibly 8? I’ll tell you my thoughts and throw some ideas that have popped into my mind regarding some of the candidates. Here we go:
Lets start off by talking about what Democrats call their “Rock Star” candidates. As if being a “Rock Star” is what you need to be to be the President. Yeah ok.
Back in her defending the Black Panthers days
Hillary Clinton: In my opinion she is easily the WORST of all the candidates running for office and I will most certainly explain why. First off, would she even be running or considered a candidate if her husband wasn’t Bill Clinton? Just because you tolerated a lying, cheating husband who happened to be the President at the time doesn’t make you qualified to be President yourself.
Next up lets talk about her pandering. It was only a few years ago she stood up tall and proud and declared she was giving her support to President Bush to fight the war in Iraq and remove Saddam Hussein from power. Then it was only a short time after that did she brag about how she voted to remove Saddam after he was caught. Then after we defeated the Iraqi military and removed Saddam and the terrorists started a chain reaction that created the violence we see today, Hillary is soooooo against this war. So when it was a popular thing to fight this fight she was all for it but when the going gets tough she changes her mind to go with the popular choice and for what? Just so she can get elected in 2008!!! This woman has ZERO convictions of her own. She will only do what she feels will help her get elected. Say what you want about President Bush but at least he stands firm on his beliefs and makes decisions that will not be popular but what he thinks is best for the country unlike this buffoon. We can get into her nastiness and her hatred for the military too. We can talk about how she threatened the President’s Military Aids with demotion if they didn’t carry her luggage. We can talk about how she stood on stage right next to Yassir Arafats wife who was making a speech denouncing Israel and calling Israel a terrorist nation, then proceeded to hug and kiss her right after the speech was over!!!!! This is what we would call an ANTI-SEMITE. Do you want a Jew hater in the White House? I know I don’t. We could also talk about how for the sake of her own political career she stood idly by as her bigot of a husband soiled the Oval Office and disgraced the Presidency of the United States of America. Her husband cheated on her NUMEROUS times and she decided to stay with him. Now if I thought for 1 second that she loved him and wanted it to work out because they cared about each other and wanted to maintain for Chelsea their daughter well then I would be like I understand why she stood by this man who ignored capturing Osama Bin Laden so he could get a blow job. But that wasn’t the reason. The real reason she stood by BJ (Bill Jefferson – how ironic) Clinton was politically motivated. She didn’t have the courage to walk away from a dirt bag who shit on her because it wouldn’t look good politically!!!
Did you know that Hillary Clinton was also the activist lawyer who represented the Black Panthers many moons ago?
I really could continue and go on and on but I think you’re getting the message. This woman is NOT qualified to be President of the United States and it makes me sick that there are people out there that will vote for her simply because she is a woman. My mother in law who I love and respect very much has this opinion. Its disgusting and I will debate her until Hillary is out of this race once and for all!!!
And then, after all I’ve said, I ask you the reader to tell me 1 thing Hillary Clinton has done that warrants being the PRESIDENT of the United States of America.
Oh and you can also look at this simple fact: Are you tired of America being a Monarchy? Huh? A Monarchy? I thought we were a Democracy. Well we are, we just haven’t been for a loooong time now. 1980 Ronald Reagan became President. His Vice-President was George H.W. Bush for all 8 years. Along comes 1988 and George H.W. Bush wins the Presidency himself. He serves for 4 years. That’s 12 years. Then Bush is defeated by Bill Clinton and BJ serves for 8 years. That’s 20 years. Then George W. Bush becomes President and serves for 8 years. That’s 28 years. 28 years our country has been ruled by 2 families!!!! And you people are willing to allow this to continue? If Hillary wins in 2008 you can add 4 more years to that 28 years making it 32. And we can only assume she wouldn’t win re-election because shes so UNDER qualified the people would have to wake up and vote in someone else. But what if she won re-election? Add another 4 years to the 2 family monarchy. That’s 36 years our country would have been run by 2 families. Anyone else see this as a problem? I know I do and I support our President.
Ok we’ve proven Hillary Clinton has no business being President. Lets move on.
 Senator Barack Obama
Barack Obama: I’ve been a big support of Obama’s for a long time now. Long before some of you defeatists and far left wing lunatics even heard about Obama, I was tooting his horn. I think he is an amazing charismatic man and an amazing speaker. But guess what. So is Ric Flair but he shouldn’t be the next President of the United States. I disagree with Obama’s stance on this war but respect his convictions and the fact he doesn’t pander like Hillary does. He has his belief and he stands by it. Gotta respect that even if you disagree with his position. I disagree with his stance on Healthcare also as well as some of his other bigger government ideas. We do NOT live in a Socialist State and the left wing would love to change our country from a Democracy to a Socialist State. I for one will not stand by and allow that to happen.
Mr. Obama has a lot of potential and not enough experience. He hasn’t done anything as a Senator that’s worth talking about. He’s written 2 books which I have read and he made an amazing speech at the Democratic National Convention in 2000. Personally speaking I think you need to have done more then that to be President of the United States of America. One thing I will say about Obama is that if it came down to him vs. Hillary, he has my vote (even though I don’t vote in the Democratic Primaries, if I did he would have my vote.)
Slip and fall lawyer John Edwards
John Edwards: I’ve always thought of Edwards as a good guy. He’s always talking about 2 America’s – the Rich and the Poor. He seems like he’s a guy that will go out of his way to help the less fortunate. What I do not like about Edwards, besides his stance on the war which I respect because he hasn’t pandered or flip flopped, but what I do not like is the FACT that John Edwards, before he was a Senator was nothing more then a slip and fall lawyer. An ambulance chaser if you will. So many of these lawyers use people who lie and cheat to get ahead by suing people. I’m all for a good lawsuit when its legit but these slip and fall guys are just a bit too shady for me. Add in the fact that he’s a part of the far left and would love nothing more to turn this country into a Socialist State I’d rather not see him as our leader. I would have rather seen Edwards as a Vice President before I see him as President but we didn’t get that chance when he was Al Gore’s choice for Vice President.
 Hypocrite Al Gore
Al Gore: This guy has completely lost it and has lost my respect entirely. I actually voted for this guy in 2000! But here we are today in 2007 and Al Gore just won an Academy Award for his documentary film. He’s been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize also. First off who gives a shit what Hollywood says and does. The Academy Awards is a joke! A bunch of egomaniacs needing to froth at the mouth over each other. What a joke. Anyway, Al Gore is a big time hypocrite and for that alone disqualifies him as a candidate in my opinion. While Al Gore hypes up that the planet is dying because of all the terrible things Americans do like uses electricity for their apartments, use oil for their cars, use oil to heat their homes in the winter, while Al Gore tells us all to change our lifestyles so we can save the earth, this fucking LIAR and HYPOCRITE uses 20 times more energy then the average American uses. The guy has like 5 tremendous homes, flies around in private jets that pollute the atmosphere, travels everywhere in limos that burn up a ton of oil and we should all change because he said so. Well Al, how about you practice what you preach! How about it? What I see happening is this: I see this whole Global Warming issue as a reason for the far left to make the government bigger and to tax the people even more. SOCIALIST STATE. I think the most obscene part of this farce is the fact that Al Gore claims to purchase these "Carbon Offsets" that make up for him being the biggest offender of what he fights against. Someone take a guess who's on the Board of Directors of the company he purchases these "carbon offsets" from. AL GORE. The man is profitting from Global Warming!!! Maybe this Global Warming is just another way to make the rich richer. Maybe. End of story. Al Gore is NOT an option.
That is the list of the top Democrats running for President thus far. Not a very good list to say the least. Pretty disgraceful if you ask me. The only one with any credibility is a few years off being the leader of the free world and is not willing to fight for freedom. Barack Obama gets my nod as the best of the worst.
Now on to the Republicans!!
Let me start off this part by saying I am a registered Republican but I’m very disappointed in the current Republican leaders and I’ll tell you why. It’s not why you think. I’m a Patriot first, a conservative second and a Republican third. What that means is that I love my country first and foremost above all politics and I’m a conservative when it comes to the issues – not all the issues but some of them. George W. Bush was not fiscally conservative as a President. This is completely against EVERYTHING I believe in when it comes to government. Smaller government, less spending, less taxing of the people and staying out of the business of the citizens of this country – like not telling us how to live our lives. I’m conservative in this aspect. I’m against abortion if its my kid but I’m willing to stay out of your business if that’s what you want to do. If shoving a metal instrument up a womans private area to rip the brains out of a kid and the body parts out of a kid that isn’t mine and its not against the law, who am I to stop you. But if its mine, there is no way anyone is doing that to my kid. I’m against gun control on some levels too. The right to bare arms was given to us by the Constitution of the United States of America. If we got rid of all the guns, and someone invaded our country and they had guns, we’d be in big trouble. Also, one of the reasons our founding fathers wanted the right to bare arms was so that when the government starts to take away our freedoms then we can defend ourselves. For example – here in my hometown the lefty liberals decided to ban the use of the “N-word” and I just dropped my jaw. Of course it should be discouraged and its not a nice thing to say but are you fucking kidding me? The government is now telling me what I can and can not say? You damn right I have the right to bare arms because today it’s the N-word but tomorrow it wont be.
Anyway, on to the candidates from the Republican side:
 Mitt Romney
Mitt Romney: The former Governor of Massachusetts is an interesting person. He’s conservative which I like but he’s changed his stance on different issues because elections were rolling around. I can not stand a panderer. STAND UP FOR YOUR CONVICTIONS MITT! Just do it. You’d make a great President if you just did that. How on earth a conservative Republican who is a Mormon was able to win elections in Massachusetts is beyond me. He’s had to appeal to the left because that state is as liberal as it gets, outside of California and maybe NYC that area of our country is full of liberals who’d love a Socialist State. He’s got a great family and is a man of faith. He seems to say the right things but I just wish he wouldn’t flip flop on his views. He’s changed his stance on abortion but only after he learned more about that. I guess that can be overlooked because the more I’ve learned about a subject its changed my thoughts about it. But as long as it didn’t have to do with an upcoming election I could overlook that. If he changed and pandered because an election was around the corner he’s lost my respect.
 John McCain
John McCain: The longtime Senator from Arizona is over 70 years old and that will be brought up constantly. How is his health? From what I hear its fine. He’s had military experience. His entire family has military experience. He was a POW in Vietnam. He’s been a hero. He claims to be conservative but he’s working with Ted Kennedy on this immigration bill that is a joke. First off the fact that he’s working on ANYTHING with Ted Kennedy makes me wonder about his thought process. Ted Kennedy is a buffoon! I do respect that John McCain wanted to add MORE troops to reinforce our boys who are fighting for freedom overseas. I respect that a lot. But there are certain things about McCain that make me think he’s not as conservative as he would like people to believe. As time goes on I will look deeper into this potential President and we’ll see where that leads me.
 Rudy Giuliani
Rudy Giuliani: America’s Mayor to me is easily the best candidate for the Presidency. There are some points that far right wingers have issues with like his pro-abortion stance and his control stance and his 3 marriages and living with 2 gay men and dressing up in women clothes for Broadway and Saturday Night Live. My response to all those things are WHO CARES. Who cares if Rudy lived with 2 gay friends after his marriage to Donna Hanover ended. That is sooo irrelevant. Who cares if he dressed in drag to ACT. Please, this is what makes the far right wingers NUTS. They are out of their fucking minds. Abortion issues I can understand because its about what you believe as an individual. But those other things are ridiculous and if they are brought up to smear him during this run it will only hurt those who bring them up.
My boy Josh made a great statement about Giuliani the other day and he hates Rudy. He said this in regards to his days as Mayor of NYC: “With as many people who hate Rudy Giuliani, he must be doing something right.” And my boy Josh is 100% correct. People talk about Rudy and they really only think about what he did on 9/11/01 which was heroic. Then they’ll talk about how much everyone hated him before that. But why did they hate him? Its because he wasn’t playing fucking games. He took his job seriously and changed NYC for the better. Times Square was a disgusting HELL HOLE where you kept your family away from. Now it is the BIGGEST tourist attraction in the world. Crime reduced dramatically under Rudy. Some say it was a police state but it wasn’t. He just held EVERYONE accountable so if you broke the law you had to be held accountable. Its that simple.
You may not agree with Rudy Giuliani and how he gets down or his belief on the issues but you know you can trust him. You know that he has the best interest in his heart for all of us. He’s a strong man who took down the Mob when he was District Attorney. He put into effect over 20 tax cuts during his time as Mayor of NYC. This city is what it is today because of Rudy Giuliani and the standards he set. His book entitled Leadership is an awesome book that talks about the way he governed. Everyone was held accountable. This is so foreign in today’s American politics. Everyone gets away with so many things they shouldn’t get away with and that will come to a screeching halt with President Giuliani.
With all that said, I think you know where I stand right now. My vote is for Rudy. He’s strong enough to fight this war on terror that was waged against us for DECADES before we decided we were tired of being attacked. He has strong convictions and stands by them and something that shows a lot about his character – he’s a NY Yankee fan – a die hard NY Yankee fan. That show’s he has a lot of pride. Unlike that swine Hillary Clinton who pretends to be a Yankee fan when her true love is for the Chicago Cubs. LOL…true.
 Duncan Hunter
There is 1 other candidate on the Republican side who I would consider and that is Congressman Duncan Hunter from California. I do not know enough about him but from what I do know the man is truly a stand up kind of guy, a Patriot, a conservative and a Republican. All good things in my book!
As always, I hope to hear back from those who take the time to read my ranting and as always I appreciate the fact that you have read this. Best wishes to you all and God Bless America!
Latas!
