Well maybe it should be for all the beer that I drank lol, but after some jackass emailing me and DOI co-founder Mike Zevon, I still don’t give a fuck what this degenerate thinks.

What up DOI-ites and welcome to another McRoss Report, the column that hits you harder than a meal from white castle, or in The Masked Maniac’s case, Arby’s. This column might never win a Noble Peace Prize, but shit, I’d really kill for a Nobel Peace Prize. LoL.This is gonna a short column, even shorter than Mike Zevon, as I got a lot to shoot through and want to hit everything half-assed. I haven’t done once of these McRoss reports in a while, so let’s start with some shit and work our way up to the most recent stuff. Sound good? No? Well, read the top then lol.

Jersey All Pro Wrestling returned last weekend, and it was a barn-burner. Literally, the fans were out in the streets burning down barns and peeing on the homeless. Great show by Fat Frank, and check him out at www.japw.net.

Lots of comments about the bus trip, and basically I think Mike hit it on the head, along with Frank Goodman. DOI has gotten very big, very fast and some people think very soon. I agree, DOI has really taken off, and is out to give you the best possible indy coverage in every facet possible. So when something doesn’t go as planned, the DOI gets blamed, because people know who we are. Anyway, the issue was solved, and was taken care of, and the DOI was not blamed for some bullshit. This is old news by now, and I’m sure you saw it on the DOI message board anyway.
It still didn’t prevent some people from commenting when they weren’t even there. That’s called instigating for no reason at all.

All right, (you know this was coming) SSCW news.

USA Pro is running against us. I have talked to Frank Goodman, and Bravado’s relatives who own the Elk’s Lodge have some sort of fair/religious thing on Oct 4. Due to Mrs. Goodman about to have a baby, the show had to be rescheduled sooner rather than later. Does it hurt SSCW that USA is running against us? Double booking wise, no, because we use maybe 5-6 guys who work for USA. Fan wise, doesn’t hurt us too much, but it definitely kills any sort of bus trip we could do. SSCW show line up will be announced soon, and it will be a good show, so if you’re looking for a little of everything, from hardcore wrestling, to pure wrestling, to storylines, to women, to old school wrestling, give us a shot. As far as running a show, I had a great time, and everyone was professional in the locker room making my job easier.

Now on to the juice of what people want to know.
Danny Demanto and Kevin Matthews.
These two were in a battle royal, that was booked at the last second, as we dealt with a lot of no shows, and rescheduling. I honestly didn’t see this match, but it sparked a lot of controversy on the DOI message boards, and I received a lot of email about it. Shit, Mike Zevon even wrote a column indirectly about it, in his kayfabe piece. Basically, people are saying they goofed off a lot. I haven’t seen it yet, so I can’t say what they did exactly did, but I know Demanto and Matthews are good people out of the ring, and have took responsibilities for their actions. That’s stand-up character.

Dan Barry likes big butts and I can not lie.

Speaking of big butts what was up with some comments made at a recent NJ Show? Dan Barry better watch out if he wants to be in wrestling!

I have had it confirmed, that Kane from DOI TV, and Johnny Ova have made amends. No word if Johnny Ova will cut the accused penis on the back of his head. Even though they made amends, Kane wants Ova in a hair vs hair match. Could be a match for the ages.

The Elm Street Kids. Wow. I’ll be honest, I’ve seen them wrestle, and I didn’t think they were anything special, and thought they needed a lot of work. Well they’ve been hanging and banging with Low Life Louie, and let me tell you, it shows. They had a fantastic match with Shaolin Wreckin Crew at SSCW. The fans digged them and they put on a good match. I am happy to see 2 guys like this who love wrestling so much do well. Same goes for Eddie Guapo, who loves and respects wrestling and is always bettering himself any way possible. Expect all 3 of these guys to be fixtures on upcoming SSCW shows.
