What’s up everyone?
This is going to be a “trial” column called The McRoss Report. If I get good
feedback, I’ll keep doing them, if not, it will fade into the sunset with Beaver
Cleavage. Basically, I thought about doing a random column on all sorts of topics
without really explaining what I was talking about. I figured McPinions is my
serious column piece, so why not do one that’s more “cryptic” and thought-provoking.
Well they say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so I figured
the Ross Report is something that did what I wanted to do. So since the Ross
Report is dead, due to politics of course, I’ll try to do an indy one, in that
format. Thank you Jim Ross for being a great announcer and giving me this idea.

With that out of the way let’s start the initial McRoss Report!
Greetings from The MiC under the 5 gallon Heineken bottle. The indy scene is on fire right now and there are a lot of things going on. The indy scene in NY/NJ/PA is full of numerous solid promotions and talent. The economy is not the best right now, but from anywhere from 10-15 bucks, you are guaranteed great matches and entertainment. It’s up to you to know where to go.
Message board posters are usually haters. Leave people alone, unless you will say it to their face. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard about Jac, Frank or Ms. Sinful. Most of these people who post this garbage are the same people begging for a job or losers.
I don’t like people who lie to friends of mine online.
ICW is looking good and have had 2 solid shows. Check them out May 16th at the Elks Lodge. I don’t why people bash what they don’t see. For more go to http://www.icwzone.com
NYWC is a student promotion putting on fantastic matches monthly. For 8 bucks, it’s cheaper than a movie, and more entertaining than a lot of the crap on film today. Grim Reefer is one of the most underrated stars today. At least some promotions use him right.

JAPW is one of my favorite promotions today. http://www.japw.net You get the most out of your money. They have been having some can’t miss shows, and might even soon be the top indy at one point soon. Plus, they don’t charge 30 dollars for a video.
SSCW is back with a pop. Rob Eckos vs The Sandman should be an interesting clash of styles. Make sure to see, what looks like a great show, at http://www.sscwwrestling.com

Dedication to the
sport on the indy scene isn’t hard to find. Most wrestlers today are out to
hone their craft to the top. You have to respect that.
Unfortunately there is a guy from outer space and a someone whos name rhymes
with Gosh Really.(As in Gosh, Really, I have to watch you in the ring?) that
are wrestling at some shows.
Low Life Louie Ramos is one of the nicest people in or outside of the ring. Some promoters need to take notice and start using Louie, as he always give you 100%.
JC Damager likes to bleed.

Looks to be a good show, and my personal favorite match announced is Deranged vs Grim Reefer. I can’t wait for that.
Speaking of Deranged, he is going to the top. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in TNA.

Mike Zevon is one of the nicest people and hardworking individuals I know.
Marc Adler is one of the nicest people and laziest individual that I know of.

Jasmin St Claire is one of the most honest people I know. She also has been a great help to the DOI, as well as her friend Gina. Sometimes reputations in this business get smeared for other people’s personal gain. Jasmin also has a great mind for the business as 3PW has been getting rave reviews. Who’s the best indy wrestler today? That might be the toughest question of them all, but Paul London is #1 in the ring in my book. He just won the Super 8 and will be in a hell of a match with Chance Beckett and Chris Daniels at ECWA. Check them out at http://www.ecwawrestling.com

USA Pro has the most unique message board of all time.
I hate fans that try to start crap with wrestlers, such as fights. Kudos to guys like Balls Mahoney and Ace Darling for keeping their cool in situations that I have seen.
