After reading the press release, this looks like the first time that the CSWF Tag Team Champion Sonjay Dutt will be there. It's funny, he has been booked every show, and shown up a grand total of two times I believe. Dan Barry has been subbing in for him as champion ever since. Who knows if we'll see something there on Saturday. Anyway, let's get into the predictions.
MAIN EVENT GRUDGE MATCH FOR THE CSWF HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
Ron "The Truth Killings defends against Darkbird
(Darkbird attacked Killings at the last show and has promised that Ron will feel the BANG!)
The obvious "Bang" would be DDP. DDP unadvertised would be a horrendous case of bad promoting. Therefore, look for someone else to portray DDP. Who's portrayed DDP before? One name comes to mind... Anyway, I'll take Ron Killings to win this match.
Due to personal commitments, Tyler Payne will not be making his scheduled match. Michael Shane will be in a non title match against a newcomer to the CSWF.
A shitload of names could go here. Who will face Shane? Maybe Teddy Hart? It could be Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels The Next Generation. We'll find out Saturday.
BATTLE OF THE CYBER BABES:
CSWF's April Hunter vs. NWA-TNA's Traci Brooks
This should be a good womens match. I can see this match going either way. With April Hunter being a regular in CSWF, I'll take her to win this contest.
Julio Dinero vs. Danny Doring
This match looks like it came out of nowhere. Therefore I can see either guy winning. I'll take Julio Dinero as he has more CSWF experience.
Slyk Wagner Brown vs. Crazy Ivan
Odd match pairing here. I'm guessing it's taking place because Crazy Ivan "hates" black people. Talk about lazy booking, as I can't think of any other reason why this match is happening. I'll take Slyk Wagner Brown to win this battle.
Grim Reefer vs. Ken Scampi vs. Nick Berk vs Sonjay Dutt
This might steal the show. Sonjay Dutt finally comes back to CSWF. I'll take Reefer, who's been doing alot of big things in CSWF, to win this battle.
CSWF Internet Title Match
Champion Mike Tobin vs. Danny Jaxx
This should be an interesting match. I'll take Mike Tobin, who won the title in his first match in CSWF, to make his first successful defense here.
Josh Daniels vs. Rapidfire Maldonado
This is another odd pairing on this show, and another match out of left field. Josh Daniels has been on a roll recently, and I see him rolling on here victoriously.
TAG TEAM TURMOIL TOURNAMENT FOR THE TITLES
Six teams, including the current tag team champions, will randomly draw their entries in a backstage lottery. two team will start and when one is eliminated, another team will enter until we are down to one team...and possibly new champions! The teams that have signed on are: CSWF Tag Team Champions The United Nations (Prince Nana & Dan Barry); The Solution, Fire & Smoke, Genesis & Creed, The Himalaya Playaz, Youngbludz members Rob Eckos, Matt Striker, and Romeo Valentino.
Yikes. A better match might be The Solution vs Eckos/Striker. This match smells like USA PW Tag Gauntlet. Hopefully it won't be the same result. CSWF has been weird with their tag team titles as they've never had a real tag team hold their titles. The United Nations have held it for a long time, and haven't really done anything with the belts. Outside of the Youngbludz and Solution, the rest of the teams would not be a good choice as champions. John Shane will be with The Solution so he might be the deciding factor, unless Tara Charisma shows up... I'll take Matt Striker/Rob Eckos to win the belts here to add another pair of indy tag titles to their waists.
So there's our show. It looks like a pretty decent line-up. With the J-Cup the next day, it could be a good weekend for Jersey wrestling. With H2 Wrestling cancelling, maybe we'll see some surprises. One can hope.
I'm out!
