McPinions
By: Sean “The MiC” McCaffrey

What up fartsmellers and welcome to a new McPinions. Today I will be giving my predictions and thoughts on the upcoming JAPW show, that is taking place this Saturday night. Since time is valuable, let's get right into it:

JERSEY ALL PRO WRESTLING PRESENTS REVOLUTION
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 28, 2004
THE RAHWAY RECREATION CENTER
275 EAST MILTON AVENUE
RAHWAY, NJ
8:00 PM BELLTIME
DOORS OPEN 7:00 PM

MAIN EVENT
A BATTLE FOR RESPECT
Teddy Hart vs Homicide
This is the match everyone wants to see. Everyone is expecting Homicide to kill Hart, so that's the story they'll probably tell in the ring. Hart is coming off an injured knee and a slap to the face, so hopefully he'll be 100%. I can't see Hart winning this match, unless he comes back to JAPW on a full time basis. Regardless, I'll take the Notorious 187 to show Hart what JAPW is all about, after winning via the copkilla.

BATTLE OF NWA TNA X DIVISION STARS
Chris Daniels vs Jerry Lynn
JAPW says they are returning to their roots. Well they must be going back to their roots one day at a time, as I don't think any long term JAPW fans will be complaining about this match. Daniels always seems to lose these types of matches when they take place outside ECWA or ROH, but I'll take him to win this one.

DA HIT SQUAD COLLIDE
FORMER FRIENDS AND PARTNERS DO BATTLE
JAPW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
(c) Dan Maff vs Monsta Mack
Even with Hart/Homicide, this is the match I'm looking forward to the most, and probably the match hardcore JAPW fans are looking forward to the most. This should be a brutal match. I'm hoping this thing goes 20 minutes, and I think it will. Maff won the belt at the last JAPW show, so it might be too early for him to lose it, but you never know. I'll go on a limb and say Monsta Mack wins the title and the match.

JAPW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
(c) Slyk Wagner Brown/April Hunter vs The DRS
Slyk/April I think are better off chasing for the belts then being the champions. During their title reign, they have had some good matches, but seem to be fending off challengers with ease. I see the DRS winning it, as they are a great tag team and have held the belts before. I also see Slyk/April coming back to win it later on, as it's great watching them chase. Take the DRS to win via some shenanigans.

BATTLE OF THE SKY
3 WAY DANCE
Jack Evans vs Insane Dragon vs Derek Wylde
This should be a really good match. JAPW is high on the canadian import, Derek Wylde. Jack Evans is also from Canada, so it's obvious that one American can beat 2 Canucks any day. I'll take Dragon to win.

GRUDGE MATCH
Kaos vs Justice Pain
This match has a taste of XPW in it. I'm not sure if people want that in their mouths, but this should be an interesting match. I'll take Kaos to win.

LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CONTENDERS MATCH
Sonjay Dutt vs Roderick Strong
This should be an excellent match. I'll take Mr. Dutt to pick up the pinfall.

JAPW LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
(c) Azraiel vs Jay Lethal
Special K explodes! This will be a great match. Azraiel has done a great job of holding the JAPW Light Heavyweight championship for some time. I'll take Jay Lethal though to win this match.

TAG TEAM GRUDGE MATCH
The Outkast Killahz vs Corvis Fear/Rush
Interesting match here. I think this could be a sleeper match if given time. I really am high on the Fear/Rush team. These guys have been in JAPW for a while, so I'll take them to pick up an upset win.

ALSO APPEARING…………….
BALLS MAHONEY- If he doesn't have a match, I can see him doing another run in, especially during the Killaz/Fear and Rush match.

THE SOLUTION- Surprised to see Solution not have a match after their run in at the last show. JAPW is high on run in's with a big locker room, so I can see them maybe getting their hands involved in the JAPW tag title match.

REF HANSON- Joel will be happy
PAUL TURNER- Really, what can I say about Turner?
FAT FRANK- I would hope he would be there. What kind of promoter doesn't go to his own shows? Whoops lol.
THE BALD GUY- One of the best heel commentators today
MARK CLEMSON- Michael Cole of the indies
SCOTT MATHEWS- Hell JAPW fans post about him when he's not there!
AND MUCH MORE- that means Ray Sager walking around with a clip board.

Final McWord
This is a can't miss show. There is not one bad match on this show. It's a shame NYWC is the same day, as that is another promotion I hate to miss, but with a line up like this it's hard to say no to JAPW. JAPW has promised to go back to their roots, and with their double main event, it seems to be evident.
