On January 14th, the show opened with the newest member of OVW, Osama Rodriguez Alejandro. It showed footage of how he introduced himself to OVW last week. He was basically talking smack about Maria Kinellis. He then, explained how a real woman is like. Surprisingly, Rob Dawber came out and dressed up as a woman. He entered the ring and starts to brawl with Maria. “Catfight. Catfight!” yelled Al Snow over at the announcer’s table. In a very quick moment, Maria had stripped Dawber to his thong! It was disgusting. Maria then kicked Dawber out of the ring and started to shake her booty.

Now, the action starts. Johnny Jeter was scheduled to wrestle Seth Skyfire. The match started out with a tie up and an arm wrench from Skyfire. Then, Skyfire went for a quick pin and 1, 2 and just a two count. When we are at seven minutes into the match, with Jeter dominating most of the match, Jeter sets Skyfire up for the Razor’s Edge. Skyfire reversed into hurricarana. Skyfire went for the quick pin and 1, 2, 3! Skyfire got up and started to celebrate. Chris Cage comes out from the crowd and spears Skyfire. Jeter sees an opportunity to stomp on Skyfire and he went for it. Skyfire was getting a serious whoop-ass. Chet the Jet, made the save and Jeter and Cage fled out. Then, Jeter and Cage ran back to ring to ambush Chet the Jet, only to get their asses handed to them again.

Commercial Break 1

The next matched featured Chet the Jet to go head to head with Chris Cage. At one point in the match, Chris Cage cross-bodied Chet the Jet who was outside the ring! Then when both recovered and headed back to the ring, another man came down to the ring. It was Johnny Jeter and he would immediately be thrown, out by referee Deuce Mahoney. In the end, Chet the Jet went for a flash-magic dropkick and went for the pin. The exhausted Chris Cage was pinned and defeated. After the match, Johnny Jeter came out with a pair of scissors. They started to cut Chet the Jet’s hair. As soon s they opened the scissors, Skyfire came and made the save. Jeter and Cage had thrown Chet the Jet out of the ring and grabbed Skyfire. They started to cut Skyfire’s hair. The crowd went emotional about it. In the front row, 3 “planted” fans started to cry due to the fact that Skyfire’s hair was cut. Boohoo.

We see Ken Doane and Boland services backstage. He said that it’ll be Ken Doane and a partner of his choosing against Brent Albright and a partner of his choosing. There was a stipulation to this match: If Doane's team won, he would get a TV title shot at the next WWE house show, and if Albright's team won, he'd get the TV title shot. Backstage, Dean Visk was screaming at Doane up Ken Doane. Ken Doane was smiling back at Visk. It was as if OVW was hinting that Dean Visk would be the partner. Instead, Ken Doane chose the British phenom, Paul Burchill. The spirit Squad was also seen backstage, as well as CM Punk.
“ WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATT” yelled Dean Visk (God damn! he always yells on the top of his lungs.) “Paul Burchill is my FRRIENNDDDD” yelled Visk.

Aaron “The Idol” Stevens comes out with Beth and Shelly. He cut’s a 20 second promo on how he is the new OVW TV champion while the cameras focus on Beth and Shelly who are on all fours on the announcer’s table.

Up next it was Paul Burchill and Ken Doane vs. Brent Albright and ... CM Punk! In an intense match, CM Punk was outside of the ring in the entrance ramp. Meanwhile, Doane and Burchill went stomping away on Albright. Punk was actually taunting and teasing Albright. Then, Punk runs in and starts to brawl with Doane. Meanwhile, Aaron “The Idol” Stevens is still sitting at the announcers table with Beth and Shelly. When we were 10 minutes into the match, Albright hooked the sharpshooter on Doane. Doane got out of it after about a minute. Albright went for the Crowbar! Doane is about to tap when Burchill comes in and makes the save. Then, Doane would make the tag to Burchill. Surprisingly, Doane walked out on Burchill! Brent Albright took advantage and went for the camel clutch.

Commercial Break 6

CM Punk comes in on the blind tag. He does the inverted DDT on Burchill. Punk quickly goes for the Anaconda Vice! Burchill is now in desperate trouble. After 10 seconds, Burchill taps out! Punk and Albright celebrate. Albright thanks CM Punk, but Punk slaps “The Shooter” Brent Albright in the face! Albright went for a spear and the two collided. Aaron “The Idol” Stevens runs in the ring to stomp the holy hell out of Brent Albright. Beth and Shelley grab Albright and Stevens just taunts Albright. But, Albright grabs Beth and Shelly and knocks them together. He went for the Crowbar on Stevens and he tapped out.
