Rivolis Review

I noticed you guys had a restaurant review section and I can't believe nobody has yet to talk about Rivoli's Italian Restaurant in Toms River, NJ. The place is owned by Tony Rivoli who is a die hard wrestling fan and was a sponsor for Donnie B's Phoenix Championship Wrestling. Rivoli's has been critically acclaimed by many workers including Steve Corino,Harley Lewis,Eddie Guerrero,Christopher Daniels and so many more. I once read a commentary on Corino's site where he jokingly stated something along the lines of one of the only reasons he enjoyed working for PCW was for the free meal at Rivoli's afterwards. As soon as you walk into the restaurant you will see a wall of fame that includes quite a few celebrities but mainly pro wrestlers. After every PCW show we would head over to Rivoli's and the restaurant would be closed down to the public but kept open for the workers and staff of PCW. The portions at this place are absolutely insane even for a man of my round-ness. I remember the first time I ate there and I ordered a spaghetti and meatball dinner and they came out with this huge platter and I was full almost just looking at it. If you are a mark for great Italian food in a casual setting I definitely recommend you hit up Rivoli's if your ever in the Toms River area. It's right on Fischer Blvd on the way to Seaside Heights. I still hit up Rivoli's from time to time with family and friends and will always fondly remember the times everyone from PCW shared there.
