Xtreme Maximum Championship Wrestling, located in Nitro, WV will hold a special Fundraising show for Independent wrestler Flash Fury on Saturday, December 4, 2004 at the Nitro Community Center in Nitro, WV. Belltime is 7 PM.
Flash, whom has competed for several promotions including XMCW, RCW, WWC, & NWA Tri-State, was severely injured in a match on RCW's November 5, 2004 show in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was taken to an area hospital and then life-flighted to another hospital where he underwent Emergency Brain Surgery.
Flash has been released from the hospital and is expected to make a complete recovery. However, unfortunately, there is no health insurance to cover the surgery. In addition to the wrestling show, there will be concessions and a raffle, with the proceeds going to Flash.
