On Sunday afternoon – 12.18.05 – the most controversial wrestling promotion in Southern California returns – LIVE - to celebrate more than a year of hard-hitting, high-flying blood, guts, and mayhem!

Pro Wrestling WAR Championship – No Disqualification! There must be a Winner! AUSTIN ARIES vs. TONY KOZINA

On 12.12.04, Austin Aries captured the Pro Wrestling WAR Championship by surviving an 18-man Gauntlet Match that included such competitors as Charles Mercury, Jack Evans, Scorpio Sky, Ryan Drago, Davey Richards, Kevin Steen, El Generico, Lil’ Cholo, Vinnie Massaro, and the Human Tornado, among others. Since then, Aries has gone on to defend his title against the best that Southern California has to offer, defeating Super Dragon, Scott Lost, ‘Scrap Iron’ Adam Pearce, Ricky Reyes, JJ Perez, Puma, and even Japanese Superstar, TARU.

On 10.21.05, the title defense seemed simple enough. Tony Kozina, although undefeated in WAR, had been so with the help of not only his Manager, Gary Yap, but his teammates in Team EPIC, as well. However, with the disappearance of Yap and his group after the 05.27.05 show and Kozina’s subsequent refusal to appear at the 09.02.05 show in protest, many wondered if Kozina would be able to properly focus on his match against Aries on 10.21.05.

When the long-awaited encounter between Kozina and Aries took place, both men gave it their all, with neither man able to fully dominate the other. In the end, it was the returning Team EPIC (Gary Yap, Bo Cooper, and Joey EPIC) who made the difference, storming the ring after Referee Rick Knox fell victim to an accidental Austin Aries dropkick. It was the massive Cooper who incapacitated the Champion as Yap and Joey EPIC rolled Kozina onto him, with Yap grabbing the Referee’s hand and counting the pinfall on Aries. Pro Wrestling WAR Commissioner Glen ‘Diablo’ Macneil, who had spoken so vehemently on 09.02.05 about WAR no longer being the Gary Yap show, had to be physically restrained from rushing the ring as Yap and his cohorts grabbed the Championship belt and celebrated over the fallen Aries. The celebration was cut short, however, with –

THE RETURN OF NEW JACK!
New Jack hit the ring as Team EPIC headed for the front door. New Jack then proceeded to declare that he was back in SoCal with one purpose and one purpose only – to hurt Gary Yap – and he vowed to return show after show after show until he did just that.

“I thought I sent a message loud and clear when I fired his ass back in 2002,” said Yap later that night, “He’s not wanted here. He can talk all he wants about showing up but it really doesn’t matter. He can’t possibly believe I don’t have a plan.”

New Jack is hailed as one of, if not the, most dangerous and unpredictable man in professional wrestling history, leaving a trail of bloody bodies strewn across the pro wrestling landscape. From the infamous ECW Mass Transit incident in Revere, Massachusetts that saw New Jack almost kill a young man by slicing his head open with a straight razor to the Gypsy Joe race-riot in Nashville, Tennessee to his recent arrest in Jacksonville, Florida for repeatedly stabbing a wrestler in the middle of the ring, there’s no telling what will happen when New Jack is in the building. Throw in the fact that New Jack and the much-hated Gary Yap genuinely don’t like each other and you have the ingredients of what could be a very bloody and very violent homicide waiting to happen.

As far as the Pro Wrestling WAR Championship goes, although Team EPIC left with the title belt, the match was declared a No Contest by WAR Officials, with Aries still declared the official Pro Wrestling WAR Champion. On 12.18.05, Austin Aries and Tony Kozina will face each other once again. This time, it’s anything goes and there must be a winner. Will Gary Yap and Team EPIC play a role in the outcome of the Championship Match once more? Will New Jack be there to enforce the threat that he made towards Yap on 10.21.05? If so, what does Yap have planned for the Original Gangster? Be there on 12.18.05 to see how it all unfolds.

The Challenge Has Been Accepted!
AARON AGUILERA vs. TEDDY HART
It started on April 4th, 2004, at Pro Wrestling Guerrilla: The Musical, where Aaron Aguilera (then known solely as the Hardkore Kidd) was scheduled to face a wrestler known as the Messiah. However, after the Messiah no-showed the event, Aguilera was left without an opponent. Enter Teddy Hart. In town to film the New Japan TV show Fighting Spirit, the controversial Hart made his way to the ring with his then-partners-in-crime, Lit and Deranged. As the crowd eagerly anticipated a confrontation between two of the most outspoken wrestlers in the business, Hart instead threw his two cohorts into Aguilera’s path, insisting that Hart, himself, was too good to face the Hardkore Kidd. The harsh dismissal of the Hardkore Kidd by Teddy Hart would linger in Aguilera’s psyche. Not even a stint in the WWE (competing under the name Jesus) or six tours of Japan would silence the doubts within him that were raised that fateful night in Santa Ana, California.

On 10.21.05, Aaron Aguilera made the challenge –
“When Pro Wrestling WAR asked me who I wanted to face, the choice was simple. Teddy Hart was supposed to face me when Messiah no-showed the Musical but he claimed he was too sore. We all know the reason why he was so sore was because he was taking it in the ass all night from his buddies, Deranged and Lit. If anyone saw that match, El Jefe will be happy to refund you your money. My usual two-star match rating went down to one-and-a-half that night and I apologize. I’m on my hands and knees asking for this match, Teddy Hart, so bring your homosexual ass to SoCal and let’s see who’s truly worthy of being in the ring with whom.”

Once word of the challenge reached Hart, his acceptance was swift. He has vowed to be there on 12.18.05 to face the man who publicly called him out on 10.21.05. Will Teddy Hart - the man whom many consider the most controversial wrestler in the business - back up his acceptance of the challenge with his actions? If so, will he be alone or will he arrive with allies? Now, more than ever, this match is Aguilera’s chance to show not only Hart, but all of his critics, why he should be considered one of the best workers in the business today.

DAVEY RICHARDS vs. LOW KI
2005 has been a break-out year for young Davey Richards. His debut in Southern California – wrestling his teacher, Tony Kozina, during the 12.12.04 Pro Wrestling WAR Championship Gauntlet Match – left an impression on fans that not only lasted, but over time, grew. His subsequent matches with Charles Mercury, Super Dragon, Hook Bomberry, Kevin Steen, and Shannon Moore only served in cementing his status as quite possibly the most promising young talent on the West Coast. On December 18th, the young Richards faces a man who will not only serve as his greatest challenge ever, but may even push him to heights not yet achieved – the wrestler known simply as Low Ki.

Low Ki is considered by many to be one of the most passionate and competitive wrestlers on the planet. The former ECWA Super 8 Champion lives by the creed, “It is not the size of the fighter, but the size of the fight he will bring” and on 12.18.05, the International Superstar known the world over will bring his fight to the man many have deemed not only the future of WAR, but the future of professional wrestling, as well.

“If there has been one wrestler who’s been an inspiration to me, it’s Low Ki,” said Richards, “This is, without a doubt, the toughest challenge I’ve ever had and I look forward to it immensely.”

The Rocky Balboa Challenge – Winner faces the WAR Champion on 01.15.06! CHARLES MERCURY vs. MARKUS RIOT
Rocky Balboa: the ultimate Underdog. A fighter given a once-in-a-lifetime chance to do what many fighters only dream of doing – take on the Champ for the World Title. Rocky not only defied the odds that were stacked against him, but wound up achieving his dream, as well. All he needed was that shot.

Charles Mercury and Markus Riot: Two competitors who have given their all for Pro Wrestling WAR, enduring both victories and defeats and who, through their sheer effort and dedication, are being given that once-in-a-lifetime Rocky Balboa shot – a chance to take on the Pro Wrestling WAR Champion for Championship Gold. On 01.15.06, the man who emerges victorious on 12.18.05 will face the Pro Wrestling WAR Champion, either Austin Aries or Tony Kozina. If there has ever been a time for a competitor to step up, this is it. Who will earn their shot at the title on 01.15.06? Be there on 12.18.05 and find out!

Also scheduled to appear –
