Mikey Tenderfoot finally gets his shot at some revenge as he takes on NWA Florida champion Bruce Steele in a non-title match April 22nd in Brandon. It was Steel and 9-1-1 running mate Rod Steel that put Tenderfoot on the shelf late last year. "Bruce Steele, it is time to pay for your sins," quipped Tenderfoot. "Just ask Rod Steel what it's like when you raise the ire of Mikey Tenderfoot. You may be huge 'champ', but I've taken on big men before. I cannot be intimidated. So step up Mr Steele to the altar of Mikey Tenderfoot and come find out why only the truly righteous shall survive!!"

"Are you kidding me," laughed 9-1-1 leader Ron Niemi. Mikey Tenderfoot thinks he can handle Bruce Steele? He's six foot four....280 pounds....bring it on Tender-Squirt. If you're lucky, I won't just decide to kick your ass myself."

Another wrestler gunning for 9-1-1 is none other than "Hot Ass" Amy Love, as she has announced she will be in the corner of James Hendrix when he faces Rod Steel at the same show. " James got into this whole feud with 9-1-1 because he was defending me. It's only right that I return the favor. So look out Rod Steel...this is one hot ass you can't handle."

" Tremendous," said a smiling Rod Steel. " Not only to I get to put a whipping on James Hendrix, I get to seduce his little tart in the process. This is gonna be sweet."

The Rage in the Cage! 20 Man Come as You Are, Bring Your Own Weapon Battle Royal...INSIDE A STEEL CAGE

This is the one match that NWA Florida wrestlers and fans look forward to. The winner of this grueling encounter earns the right to challenge ANY NWA Florida title holder to a future match. Last Year’s winner Bruce Steele is sure to be involved as he is hungry for more gold.

NWA Florida Heavyweight Title Match: Inside the Steel Cage
Bruce Steele (champion) w/ "Hardcore Giant" Ron Niemi vs "The Dy-No-Mite Kid" James Hendrix
Speaking of Steele, he has a date with the fan favorite Hendrix. These men have had two encounters that were off the charts and Hendrix momentarily had his hand raised in victory only to have it snatched away. The cage will hopefully keep 911 Inc from interfering on the champion’s behalf.

Triple Threat Match (Last Match for All 3 Competitors)
Billy Fives vs "Black Nature Boy" Scoot Andrews w/ So Cal Val vs "Freedom Ryder" Mike Sullivan
All three men aren’t strangers having wrestled each other around the globe. At one point in their careers they joined together with Rod Steel to form the dreaded Alliance of Defiance. Now all three meet one last time to find out who is the best and give the fans of NWA Florida one last chance to cheer them on.

NWA Southern Heavyweight champion Lex Lovett vs "Master of the Backbreaker" Roderick Strong
Lovett has been a dominant force in NWA Florida since winning the Southern title and now faces off with the “Master of the Backbreaker” who has been wrestling through the northeast earning valuable ring experience.

Street Fight: 911 Inc’s "Miami Pound Machine" Rod Steel w/ "Hardcore Giant" Ron Niemi vs "Modern Miracle" Steve Madison
Steel and Madison went all over the building during Winter Warzone last month and Steel got the win with some help from Bruce Steele. NWA Florida has signed this street fight to hopefully keep it a one-on-one match.

NWA Florida Tag Team champions Double Deuce vs The Heartbreak Express
“Uptown” Frankie Capone and Marcus Dillon have been on a hot streak since winning the titles and now face the returning Heartbreak Express. The Express felt the NWA Florida office held a grudge of sorts. Now the Express will have to do talking in the ring.

NWA Florida X Title Match: Sudden Death (First Man to Score Pinfall or Submission Wins the Match)
Naphtali (champion) vs NWA TNA's Mikey Batts vs Johnny Vandal vs Mikey Tenderfoot vs Sedrick Strong vs "Mr. 630" Jerrelle Clark
Naphtali is the loneliest man in NWA Florida as he will have to fight off five other men, including the former champion Strong, southern Florida favorite Vandal and former NWA Florida tag tam title holders Batts, Clark and Tenderfoot. Don’t count the champion out as he loves to shine on the biggest show of the year.

Ladies International Challenge Match: "Hot Ass" Amy Love vs Former European Women's Champion Wesna

International Strong Style Match: Erick Stevens vs "Real Life Star" Ahmed Chaer

Both of these matches are the wild cards as much isn’t known about Wensa and Chaer except they are hard hitting competitors. Love and Stevens have been training rigorously and will be ready for whatever awaits them.

Special Challenge Match: Vordell Walker vs Tommy Vandal

The newest member of the NWA takes on a former NWA Florida Tag Team champion who is making a return to the singles ranks. Which of these men has the extra incentive to make the next step in their career.

NWA Florida Presented Jingle Hell on Friday, December 10th from the Brandon All Stars facility to a crowd of over 230 people.

(1) “The Shooter” Vordell Walker defeated Kahagus. At the bell Walker taunted Kahagus’ Asian background and used a martial art attack which was returned in kind by Kahagus. Walker retreated to the floor to re-plan his strategy which was to ground Kahagus with a mat attack. Walker was successful until he took Kahagus to the corner and was met by Kahagus’ feet to Walker’ chest. At this point in the match Scoot Andrews and Antonio Banks AKA The NWA made their way to the ringside area to observe the action. Walker did not seem intimidated by the NWA being at ringside and he finished off Kahagus with a 450 splash. After the match Andrews congratulated Walker on his first victory in NWA Florida but Walker needed to show Andrews some additional wins on his belt to be down with the NWA. Banks expressed his confidence with his title match later in the evening against Lex Lovett.

(2) The Vandalz (Johnny and Tommy) defeated Josh Rich and Leon Scott.

Rich and Scott welcomed Johnny and Tommy Vandal back to NWA Florida by trying to match speed but the Vandalz were ready for it and controlled the opening minutes of the match including a leg drop to the back of Scott’s head as he lay prone on the top rope. Scott was able to isolate Johnny Vandal and overpower him. Scott and Rich made several tags taking several minutes to beat down the younger Vandal. Johnny survived the beating, hit Scott with a reverse neckbreaker and was able to tag in a well rested Tommy. All four men beat each other up until Rich missed a corner splash on Tommy, which allowed Johnny to sweep out Rich’s feet as Tommy hit a superkick for the pin.

(3) "Black Nature Boy" Scoot Andrews (w/Antonio Banks) defeated "Iceman” Buck Quartermain.

This match has been years in the making and could be considered an old school match. Quartermain threw Andrews off with his initial offensive attack and kept Andrews grounded until Quartermain came off the ropes and Andrews hit him with the Sky High. Andrews kept Richie Rich occupied while Banks pulled Quartermain out to the floor where he could beat him down. Andrews followed them onto the floor but Quartermain, who by this point was bleeding from hit forehead, was able to defend himself and took Andrews back into the ring. However Andrews was able to keep the offensive with a reverse chin lock. Quartermain fought out of it and hit Andrews with a superplex. Quartermain went for an elbow drop but Banks grabbed Quartermain by the ankles and brought him to the floor to be beaten on again. But from the locker room came NWA Southern Heavyweight champion Lex Lovett who attacked Banks and the two needed to be dragged apart by half of the NWA Florida locker room. As Richie Rich tried to get order, Vordell Walker slid behind the melee and hit Quartermain with a power slam which allowed Andrews to pin Quartermain. On his way to the locker room Quartermain was jumped by Banks and the two beat each other with fists and waist lock takedowns before fighting into the locker room.

Ring announcer and NWA Florida DVD play by play announcer Lenny Leonard brought out Hot Ass Amy Love for an interview about her recent match with Kat LaRue and her having to face men in the ring. But she was cut off by Luther “Bodybag” Jackson who came to address Amy about their recent history. Jackson decided to make the conversation a physical one which led Amy’s friend James Hendrix to come out and get involved. After double teaming Jackson their celebration was cut short by the NWA Florida Heavyweight champion Bruce Steele and our next match began.

(4) 911 Inc. member Bruce Steele (NWA Florida Heavyweight Champion) (w/"Hardcore Giant" Ron Niemi and Rod Steel) defeated James Hendrix in Extreme X-mas Street Fight.

Hendrix fought with Steele on the floor but once back in the ring, the champion was holder of the huge strength advantage. Steele through Hendrix to the floor so Steel and Niemi could get in on the fun. Amy got in the ring and stood up to Steele but she got hit with the Steele Curtain. Steel finally tossed Hendrix back into the ring where Steele continued the dominating attack but Hendrix fought out of a chin lock and got Steele in a sleeper Steele countered out with a back suplex. Hendrix recovered and had the crowd solidly behind him as he hit the champion with several offensive moves including a bulldog headlock which got 2 3/4. Steele rolled to the floor and Hendrix followed him out but Rod Steel interfered in the fight. Hendrix punched out Steel and returned to the ring but he was hit with the Steele Curtain for the win. After the bell, 911 Inc. continued to beat up the fallen Hendrix until MIKEY TENDERFOOT came out of nowhere to attack Steele and Steel. Tenderfoot took the house mic and challenged 911 Inc. to fight him anytime anywhere. Steele refused the challenged but Tenderfoot told 911 Inc. he wasn’t going anywhere and he would wait for Steele.

(5) James Gibson (formerly Jamie Noble) defeated NWA Wildside’s Alter Boy Luke.

The former WWE and IPW World Cruiserweight champion was greeted by a standing ovation. Gibson and Luke exchanged offensive moves but Gibson came out ahead early on. Gibson went for a German suplex but Luke landed on his feet and hit Gibson with a spinning heel kick and a round kick. Gibson returned the favor with chest chops and a backbreaker. Gibson put Luke in a modified camel clutch which Luke fought out of only to be hit with a clothesline. Gibson went back to work on Luke putting him in a surfboard but Luke refused to submit. Gibson hit several shoulder tackles but one to the corner only met the steel ring post and sent Gibson to the concrete. Back in the ring Luke immediately went to work on the injured left shoulder with an armbar occasionally using the ropes for leverage. Gibson did not submit and fought back countering a tornado DDT with a northern lights suplex and a running high knee. Gibson went to the top rope but Luke stopped him and brought him back into the ring with a running super Frankensteiner followed by a moonsault from the ring apron. Gibson survived both moves and hit Luke with a Tiger Bomb for the win.

(6) NWA Florida Tag Team champions Double Deuce (“Uptown” Frankie Capone and Marcus Dillon w/ Pete Cannon) defeated 911 Inc. members the Shane Brothers (w/"Hardcore Giant" Ron Niemi, Rod Steel and Bruce Steele) to a no-contest.

Before the match Ron Niemi addressed the crowd guaranteeing new NWA Florida Tag Team champions because he used his power as co-owner of NWA Florida to allow Rod Steel to partner with the Shane Brothers. This made the odds really stacked against DD Inc. who came in with Dillon’s right hand in a cast. The injury didn’t seem to slow down Dillon’s offensive skills as he manhandled both Shane’s early on. Capone faired the same with the Shane’s keeping them off their feet neutralizing their strength. Capone’s offensive spurt came to an end as he missed a corner splash and had his left arm dropped on the top rope by a Shane. Capone tagged in Dillon but he was quickly moved into 911’s part of the ring and they took turns fighting with and eventually injuring Dillon’s right shoulder. This left Capone all alone with 911 Inc. who took great pleasure in beating up Capone despite his numerous offensive comebacks. Cannon took out his cell phone and from the front door came former NWA Florida Heavyweight champion STEVE MADISON who tagged himself into the match as Capone’s new partner. Madison beat down both Twins but was hit with a Steel “Sky High”. Steel threw him to the floor where Bruce Steele was waiting and hit Madison in the head with one of the tag titles. After being busted wide open on his forehead, Madison was tossed back in the ring where 911 Inc. happily beat him down for several minutes. Madison had enough energy left to counter the Deep Dicking, making it to the corner and tag Marcus Dillon (??) back into the match. DD Inc. hit Steel with the K5 to win the hard fought match. After the match Madison thanked the fans for their emails and he would be returning to NWA Florida as an active competitor.

(7) NWA Florida X Division champion Naphtali defeated Aaron Epic, Sedrick Strong and Mikey Batts in a fatal four way match.

Like any X Division match this one was fast and high flying in, out and above the ring. Naphtali hit Strong and Epic with a plancha from the top rope on to the floor. Batts and Strong then squared off in the ring and Batts got the first offensive shots in by attacking Strong’s left arm. Epic and Naphtali got back in the match and took to the offensive as well. During the course of the match Batts and Naphtali became a mini tag team against Strong and Epic. Strong and Epic were able to isolate Naphtali who was able to hit Epic with the Garvin Stomp but unfortunately he missed the elbow. Naphtali kept on fighting back and hit Epic with a Lariat. The partnerships then dissolved and it was a free for all. Batts and Naphtali double teamed Epic but Batts hit Naphtali with the Napoleon Complex. Strong went to power bomb Batts but Batts countered causing both men to fall over the top rope down to the floor. Naphtali seized the opening and hit Epic with the Shining Wizard to retain the title.

(8) Antonio Banks (w/NWA member Scoot Andrews) defeated NWA Southern Heavyweight champion Lex Lovett via DQ.

This was the renewal of a rivalry that went on in IPW Hardcore so one competitor would need to make a huge error for victory to end up in their hand. Both men took the match to the mat showing off their technical skills but neither gained a clear advantage until Andrews distracted Lovett on a rope break. It allowed Banks to recover and take to the offense hitting the champion with a bevy of moves. Banks hit Lovett with several kicks to the face and Andrews then hit Lovett with several right hands to the face as Banks occupied referee Richie Rich. Lovett fought back hitting Banks with a leg lariat but Banks put Lovett into a full nelson then a German suplex only getting two. Lovett fired back with punches but Banks delivered an enziguri. Banks laid in cross face shots before placing Lovett in a reverse chinlock. Lovett got an energy surge and got back to his feet and hit Banks with chest chops which Banks returned to the champion’s chest along with a right hand to the jaw. Banks missed the Malicious Intent and Lovett hit a belly to belly suplex for a 2 count. Banks fought back and hit the Fifth Dimension as a taunt towards Billy Fives. Lovett ducked under two Banks elbows to hit the Blockbuster but only got 2. Lovett hit Banks with right hands and then the Michinoku Driver but Andrews stopped Richie Rich’s count. Lovett went to the top rope but Vordell Walker came out and knocked Lovett of the top rope. Kahagus came out and chased Walker to the locker room. As Richie Rich followed the action on the floor Andrews entered the ring with a chair in hand intended for Lovett’s head. But Lovett ducked the chair shot, got the chair from Andrews and cracked him in the head with it. Richie Rich came back to the ring to see Banks down on the mat and Lovett holding the chair. Richie Rich called for the bell and DQ’d Lovett. Andrews and Banks jumped Lovett but Buck Quartermain came out to aid the champion who in the end stood in the ring still the NWA Southern Heavyweight champion.

From The Offices of NWA Florida:
10/26/2004

The offices of NWA Florida have had to announce the postponement of their 10/30 show titles Helloween, Ron Niemi was quoted as saying "I hate to be the barer of bad news but there was a huge miscommunication between the 2 owners at the Brandon All Stars and they double booked the building for this Saturday. This was an honest mistake and there is no "heat" between us and the building but we are obviously really upset. They have some haunted house going on for Halloween with over 200 kids being bussed in for a sleep over gimmick which means no room for us and the show has to be cancelled. I tried to make this work anyway possible to include having the show in the parking lot due to the fact we feel the turnout was going to be so good but the owner of the property wasn't comfortable with that so we have to cancel. Sorry for the bad news but we will get everything back on track for Thursdays show at the Masquerade and th! en back at the All Stars on 11/20."

Tickets already purchased for this show can be used at Masquerades Thursday 11/4 or when NWA Florida returns to the Brandon All Stars 11/20

NWA Florida Presented Right Now! on Saturday, October 9th in the Brandon All Stars facility.

(1) James Hendrix defeated Josh Rich.
Before the match Hendrix addressed 911 Inc who beat him down as he came to aid some friends on the last event. Hendrix had full control of the match until a corner whip allowed Rich to climb to the second rope and hit a shoulder block. Rich threw the rules out the window to try and beat Hendrix but couldn’t keep the shoulders down. Rich had Hendrix pinned but Billy Dalton saw Rich had a handful of Hendrix’s tights and stopped counting the pin. While Rich argued with Dalton Hendrix school boy rolled Rich with a handful of tights which Dalton apparently did not see.

The reigning NWA Southern Heavyweight champion Scoot Andrews and his manager So Cal Val came out to discuss recent events in NWA Florida. Andrews then called out 911 Inc to the ring so he could address Rage in the Cage 6 winner Bruce Steele who still has not used his contracted title shot. Andrews said 911 Inc’s lawyers have spoken to his lawyers and have agreed that if Steele could defeat Lex Lovett he would get Lovett’s scheduled title shot this evening. Lovett, dressed in street clothes, came to the ring at Andrew’s request and was not happy with the Andrews/911 Inc. pact. Referee Richie Rich came out and the match began.

(2) Lex Lovett defeated Bruce Steele.
During the match Rod Steel, Ron Niemi, Scoot Andrews and So Cal Val were all around the ringside area making the odds supremely in Bruce Steele’s favor. Someone forgot to tell that to Lovett as even as Steele was beating him down Lovett kept coming back and delivered some punishment to Steele. Steele got some help in the match as while he worked on Lovett’s leg, Rod Steel hit Lovett in the knee with a folding chair. Just as things seemed to be over for Lovett he rolled up Steele for the win. After the match Andrews joined 911 Inc in attempting to destroy Lovett’s knee with chair shots. Lovett had to be helped to the locker room by NWA Florida president Joe Price and other NWA Florida officials.

(3) Billy Fives defeated Vordell Walker
Walker stole the mic and told Fives and the fans he came to NWA Florida to make a name for himself and he would beat the former Florida Unified Heavyweight champion to achieve that goal. Walker tried to match martial arts skills with Fives but fell short of his intended attack. Walker then tried a strong style approach to attacking Fives but that too backfired. Fives attacked Walker with everything he could but Walker still had some fight in him and cau! ght Fives in an armbar submission and then attacked Fives with several hard hitting moves. Fives got back on the offensive and put Walker in the triangle choke to gain the win. Fives took the mic and said if the NWA Florida wouldn’t let him put Scoot Andrews out of wrestling he was leaving NWA Florida. Antonio Banks and Scoot Andrews came to the ring to address Walker on his defeat and let him know they wanted to recruit Walker into their NWA if he could get a win under his belt. Banks then decided to hold another session of “Black Eye for the White Guy” but apparently according to Banks/Andrews there were “no white guys in the back to take on Banks.” But from the locker room came “Hot Ass” Amy Love.

Antonio Banks Open Challenge
(4) Antonio Banks defeated “Hot Ass” Amy Love.
During the match Andrews did commentary on the house mic. Banks had control of most of the match but Amy was able to fight Banks but she fell to Banks’ devastating finishing move, the Malicious Intent.

(5) Naphtali defeated Sedrick Strong and OG Scarface (w/ Ana Mosity) to win the NWA Florida X Title in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match.
This match needs to have been seen in person or on video as it was amazing. Naphtali hit Strong/Scarface with a spinning plancha to the floor after using a seated Billy Dalton as a launching pad. Strong brought Ana into the match and she repaid him with a huricurana. Naphtali had chairs set to use to launch himself into Strong but Strong caught Naphtali and powerbombed him into the chairs. Scarface hit Strong with the Double Penetration but Naphtali hit Scarface with a shining wizard. Naphtali put Strong through a table with a DVD. Naphtali went for a second Wizard but Scarface moved the ladder in the way and Naphtali’s knee hit it. Scarface climbed the ladder to jump onto! Naphtali who lay on a table but Strong pushed the 15 foot ladder sending Scarface down through the table. NWA Florida officials assisted Scarface to the back as Strong and Naphtali both climbed the 15 foot ladder to get the title. Both men grabbed it at the same time and then fell off the ladder each still holding the belt. But when they hit the mat Naphtali wrestled the belt away from Strong to become the new champion.

(6) Double Deuce Inc. (“Uptown” Frankie Capone & Marcus Dillon) defeated MVP’s (Luther “Bodybag” Jackson & Erick Stevens w/ Daddy Pimp) and the Lady Killers (Ricky Romeo & Kevin Devine) in an elimination rules tag team match.

Devine and Romeo took the house mic and made fun of each tag team in NWA Florida saying nothing of them were sexy enough to be in the ring with the Lady Killers. Stevens told the fans by joining up with Jackson and Pimp he had found himself and wanted to be known as “E Stizzle.” Double Deuce decided not to talk on the mic but in the ring by rushing out and starting the match on the offensive and keeping control for several minutes. Romeo and Devine finally got in the match but Romeo got eliminated ! after a MVP double team move. Too bad Capone blind tagged Stevens and got the pin. The MVP’s fought DD Inc. but fell to Capone’s K5 and a spear from Dillon.

(7) "Hart Breaker" Mikey Tenderfoot defeated NWA Wildside's Jay Fury.
Tenderfoot was not impressed with Fury’s credentials and took the fight right to Fury in, out and above the ring. Fury’s partner got involved and helped turn things to Fury’s liking. Fury kept the offensive for several minutes including hitting a standing German suplex from the top rope. However Fury took his eyes of Tenderfoot who recovered to counter out of a top rope move to hit a Michinoku Driver for the win.

Once the match ended 911 Inc. members Rod Steel and Bruce Steele hit the ring and literally destroyed Tenderfoot. Steel took the mic and told the fans people were going to get hurt and 911 Inc was going to begin with Tenderfoot. While Steel’s back was turned NWA Florida Heavyweight champion Steve Madison charged the ring. Madison told the fans his scheduled opponent Onyx was not in the building and he would stop 911 Inc by starting a revolution by himself. Madison challenged Steel to “stop being an asshole and fight in the ring.” While Niemi talked on the mic Madison turned his back on Steel who tried to jump Madison bu! t it didn’t work in favor of 911 Inc. Madison refused to leave the ring until 911 Inc. returned to the ring and face him.

(8) NWA Florida tag Team champion Mikey Batts defeated “Untouchable” Leon Scott (w/Tiziana.)
Scott may have had the size advantage but Batts had his speed and the fans solidly behind him even as Tiziana interfered numerous times on behalf of her man. Batts fought back and had Scott primed to be beaten as he climbed to the top rope but Tiziana interfered once more stopping Batts’ offense. Scott hit Batts with several finishing moves but couldn’t keep Batts down. Batts fought back and hit his version of “the Code Red” to beat Scott.

(9) Lex Lovett defeated Scoot Andrews (w/ So Cal Val) to win the NWA Southern Title in a No Disqualification match.
Lovett came to the ring with his left thigh heavily taped from the attack earlier in the evening by 911 Inc. Thanks to the earlier action NWA Florida allowed Lovett his own referee for the match BILLY FIVES! Fives said NWA Florida empowered him to make his own rules for the bout including Andrews could lose the title on a countout. Ever the crafty veteran Andrews immediately went to work on Lovett’s injured leg and beat on it for what seemed to be forever in and out of the ring. Andrews and Val also used chairs to beat on Lovett even as Fives tried to keep order in the match. One of the chair shots busted open Lovett’s forehead. Andrews finally brought the bout back to the ring where he continu! ed the assault on Lovett’s leg. The crowd got behind Lovett and it energized him to get a second wind and bring the fight to Andrews despite Val tries to interfere. Lovett got Andrews in a crossface which Andrews submitted to but Val had Fives distracted so he missed it. Val took a bag of powder and gave it to Andrews but it missed the mark and hit Fives who tossed Andrews into Lovett who slapped on an STF. Andrews held on as long as he could but he submitted to Lovett as Antonio Banks made his way out to aid Andrews. After the match Fives and Andrews had a stare down on the floor as Lovett and the fans celebrated the title change.

Attendance was 220. NWA Florida will return to Brandon on Saturday October 30th with Halloween Hell 2004. The promotion will be at the Masquerade in Ybor City on Thursday November 4th. Ticket and event information are available at www.nwaflorida.com

NWA FLORIDA presented Against All Odds on Saturday, September 18th as the promotion returned to the Brandon All Stars facility to a crowd of over 150 fans.

(1) Vordell Walker defeated Josh Rich in the opening encounter.

This was Walker’s debut in NWA Florida and he impressed the fans with his ring skill matching Rich move for move. Rich kept Walker grounded by working on his back. Walker fought back was hit with a 2nd rope Tornado DDT but only got a 2 count. Rich kept on the offensive but a 2nd rope bodyblock was turned into a Catatonic by Walker for the win.

(2) Most Valuable Playas (Eric Stevens and Luther "Bodybag" Jackson w/Big Daddy Pimp) defeated The Shane Twins w/ "Hardcore Giant" Ron Niemi via DQ.

This was Mike Shane’s return to the ring since tearing his tricep at the Peterson Cup so he and Todd needed a little time to get their chemistry back against the younger MVP’s. Once that occurred the Twins used their power and triple teaming skills (thanks to Niemi) on Jackson for what seemed like forever. Jackson was able to tag in Stevens but the Twins hit double exploders and a TKO for the win but they continued to beat on Stevens after the bell so referee Richie Rich reversed the decision giving the win to the MVP’s. Fellow 911 Inc. members Bruce Steele and Rod Steel joined the Twins in beating down Stevens and Jackson. Jerome Hendrix and Bo Tayvian tried to help out but they too fell to the strength of 911 Inc.

(3) Jerrelle Clark (NWA World Jr. Heavyweight Title) and Mikey Batts (NWA TNA Contract) defeated Mikey Tenderfoot (NWA Florida Tag Title) & Justice (NWA Florida Tag Title) in an all or nothing 4 way dance.

The stipulation of this encounter was the winner of the pinfall obtained whatever his opponent came into the match holding. From the beginning it became unofficial tag team match between the tag champs and Clark/Batts who are a team in TNA Wrestling. For several minutes all four men went for the kill which each move and each had a title or contract in their grasp. Tenderfoot and Justice both did planchas to the floor taking out Batts and Clark then returned to the ring to fight each other. Clark returned to the fight and hit Tenderfoot with what could be called a reverse huricurana off the top rope. Batts recovered and was able to get back into the ring and “hit” the Code Red Tenderfoot as Clark rolled up Justice at the same time. Referee Star Stevens counted both pins and ruled that Clark and Batts are the new NWA Florida Tag Team champions.

(4) Roderick Strong defeated Kid Romeo in a special challenge match.

After a delay due to sound issues Romeo barreled past NWA FL staff and demanded Strong come to the ring to begin the match. The former X division champion took his aggressive style right to the former WCW star but it was returned by Romeo. Romeo threw everything he had at Strong including fighting on the floor but he couldn’t pin Strong who hit one of his thousand backbreakers to get some control of the match. Strong got his second wind but Romeo hit a DDT to cut it short but it didn’t lead to victory. Romeo became frustrated and took his eyes off Strong long enough for Strong to put Romeo in a modified torture rack for the submission victory.

(5) NWA Florida Heavyweight champion Steve Madison defeated former TNA World X champion Michael Shane.

Both men used chain wrestling to try and gain an early advantage but Madison got control of the match with side headlocks that Shane kept walking into. Shane was finally able to gain control of the bout by countering out of a headlock with a back suplex. For several minutes Shane attacked Madison in and out of the ring at one point sitting in a chair in the middle of the ring and putting Madison in a side headlock. Each time Madison seemed to be getting his second wind Shane found a way to cut it off until Madison and Shane ended up trading fists. Madison’s second wind took the fight back to Shane but Shane cut it off once again with a hotshot. Shane went to the top rope and hit a cross body block but Madison rolled through getting a two count. Madison hit the RKO and went for a Riki Lariat but Shane countered and went for the superkick. Madison countered and rolled up Shane for the pin. After the bout both men shook hands but Shane cheap shotted the champion to the deafening boos of the crowd.

(6) NWA Florida X Division champion Sedrick Strong defeated Naphtali & O.G. Scarface w/ Ana Mosity.

All three men exchanged offensive moves in, out and above the ring keeping the fans on the edge of their seats. Every time one person had an opponent in a submission move it was broken up. Naphtali hit the Polish Power and the Garvin Stomp but Strong stopped the elbow from being delivered and did it himself. Scarface hit Naphtali with Double Penetration but Strong broke up the pin. Naphtali paid Strong back with an Otani kick. Naphtali went for the win but Strong went for a spear hitting Scarface instead. Scarface and Ana went for a double team chair shot on Naphtali but he escaped and in the commotion Ana ended up being hit by Scarface’s body and a Shining Wizard from Naphtali. In the end Strong got the chair and as referee Richie Rich checked on Ana, Scarface was hit by the chair. Strong got the very tainted victory. After the bout Naphtali and OG Scarface challenged Sedrick Strong to defend the title on October 9th in a TLC match.

“The Hardcore Giant” Ron Niemi led the 911 Inc. members Rod Steel and Bruce Steele to the ring. After Niemi made several lewd comments about Johnny Fairplay, Steel addressed the coming anniversary of the closing of IPW Hardcore. Steel claimed everyone but 911 Inc. left the sinking ship. Steel and Steele brought up their non title victory over Mikey Tenderfoot and Hot Ass Amy Love at “Back For More.” This brought Amy to the ring to confront Steel and Steele and for a moment she held her own but 911 Inc was too much for her to handle on her own. Just when it looked like the end for Amy Love, the Ladykillers hit the ring with referee Billy Dalton right behind to make a tag team match.

(7) Bruce Steele & Rod Steel (w/ "Hardcore Giant" Ron Niemi) defeated the Ladykillers (Ricky Romeo & Kevin Devine).

The Ladykillers caught Steele and Steel off guard but 911 Inc. recovered and double teamed Romeo for several minutes until Romeo hit Steel with a Spinebuster. This allowed Devine to tag in. As Devine fought with Steel, Steele hit Romeo with an F5 to take him out of the match. Next they hit Devine with the 24/7 to get the win.

(8) NWA Southern Heavyweight champion Scoot Andrews (w/So Cal Val) defeated Lex Lovett.

This bout was a rematch from the last NWA FL event that saw Andrews defeat Lovett for the held up championship. Lovett took to the offensive attacking Andrews’ left arm despite several attempts at slowing Lovett’s momentum. For a moment it seemed Lovett was more interested in hurting Andrews instead of winning the title. Lovett hit several running kneelifts but Val interrupted one attempt and that allowed Andrews to hit a sitout power bomb. Andrews proceeded to use every dirty trick and weapon in the book but he couldn’t beat Lovett. Andrews went for the Forces of Nature but Lovett countered into a powerslam. Lovett hit a Michinoku Driver but Andrews kicked out at 2. Lovett went to the top rope but Val tripped him allowing Andrews to climb up and bring Lovett off the top rope. Val distracted referee Richie Rich as Andrews took a baggie of baby powder out of his tights. But Andrews could use it to his advantage; Lovett grabbed Andrews hand and tossed the powder back into Andrews’ eyes. Andrews flailed around and walked into a Lovett Blockbuster and a pinfall. However Richie Rich saw the powder on Andrews’ face and reversed the decision not realizing the powder was brought into the match by Andrews.
