Welcome to the Declaration of Independents website. The Declaration of Independents, or DOI, is here to provide fans, wrestlers, and promoters alike with the best possible news, interviews, reviews, and merchandise.

The Declaration of Independents newsletter is printed once a month, and provides unique columns, rankings, and interviews in every issue. The cover price is a measly dollar, just to cover printing costs. From the feedback we've gotten so far, it seems that all our fans get their money's worth.

We here at the DOI are huge fans of indy wrestling, we barely make any money off of this, and are doing this for the love of the sport. Everyone on our staff, from editors to staff members, have the common goal of spreading the word about indy wrestling. Each staff member provides something unique to the DOI.

The DOI's career goals are to be covering every independent promotion worldwide, and to have DOIs be sold in every state. We also want the common wrestling fan to know about these promotions.

The DOI gets better and better as time passes on due to great cooperation with indy wrestlers and promoters, who go out of their way to do interviews for our website and newsletter, and provide us with up-to-date information. Without these people, the DOI would not be successful, and we'd like to deeply thank every promoter and wrestler who has helped the DOI by simply giving us information, or taking time out of their busy lives to sit down and hammer out an interview.

The DOI will provide the common indy wrestling fan the best possible coverage of indy wrestling possible. We are dedicated to this cause, and we hope you see us improving everyday.

The DOI newsletter will also be printing special issues. Our acclaimed DOI 250 is on the verge of coming out, and should provide major surprises. Look for such special upcoming issues such as "The DOI Diva Issue", "The DOI Year-End Awards", "The DOI State of The Indys", and many other special focus issues.

We here at the DOI would like to thank anyone who visits our website and buys our newsletter, because it means alot, and we hope you like our product. Let it be known that the DOI will always be fan oriented.

To the wrestler: If you think the DOI has overlooked you, or you have a big announcement, feel free to contact the DOI at any time so we can spread the word out.

To the promoter: If you have an upcoming show, event or ticket promotion, feel free to contact the DOI at any time so we can spread the word out.

Most importantly, to the fan: If you want to see the DOI cover something, comment on something, or just want to talk wrestling, feel free to contact the DOI at any time.

We here at the DOI have no problem reporting the truth even if it will make us gain disdain from select people. One of our biggest goals is to give you all the news possible, and not hide anything on this site.

Thanks for reading this, and for your support of the DOI. We plan on staying here a while and helping out everyone in the indy wrestling family.

Sincerely,
The DOI Staff
