101. April Hunter- Has made the DOI 250 three years in a row, and is the only woman to do so. Didn't wrestle in America as much as she has in previous years. Competed for JAPW, UXW, ABC, NWA-CS, among other promotions. Has a very strong fanbase. Takes a ton of international bookings.
102. K-Murda- 1/2 of All Money is Legal. Known for his free-stylin' as much as he's known for his wrestling. His speed and ability makes up for lack of size. Won the Cyberspace tag team titles with his partner K-Pusha.
103. K-Pusha- wrestled for AWA, NWA CS, UXW, and for JAPW, among other promotions. Fans always rave about his AMIL work with K-Murda. Very exciting to watch live.
104. Chris Harris- 1/2 of America's Most Wanted. Won the Cyberspace Tag & Heavyweight titles during the year. Made the Cyberspace title look like a joke during a fingerpoke match with Jeff Jarrett. Still a huge part of TNA.
105. Davey Richards- this year's ECWA Super 8 winner. Made his name in California. Expected to do huge things in ROH next year, which will probably earn him a higher ranking when the next DOI 250 list is made.
106. Tommy Seude- this WXW lifer finally got the WWE developmental contract that he was gunning for. Added an insane amount of size, but didn't lose his athleticism during the progress.
107. Matt Sydal- an ROH semi-regular. Made a name for himself in IWA-MS during his feud with Delirious. A very capable wrestler.
108. Jerk Jackson- a very solid wrestler, who wrestled for NWA US, UXW, PWU and for other promotions. Also goes by the name of Madden Fisher. Has a great look.
109. The Messiah- the former CZW champion returned to CZW this year. Not afraid to spill blood in the ring. Worked for 3PW before its demise.
110. James Storm- Worked for 3PW before it shut down. Wrestled for NWA Cyberpsace, where he held one of the tag team titles. Got fed up with Cyberspace and disappeared from the northeast. Remains focused in TNA.
111. JD Michaels- started wrestling more in the States due to his relationship with April Hunter. His Shawn Michaels act can hurt him as much as it could help him. A solid heel wrestler, but might need to find his own identity to get to the next level. A class act who wrestled for UXW & in ABC Wrestling, among other promotions.
112. M-Dogg 20- became a regular in Jersey All Pro Wrestling. Often paired with Josh Prohibition. Very athletic. Hasn't shown fans his ability on a microphone just yet.
113. Justice Pain- the former CZW World Champion has seen better years. For some reason, he's never caught on in other promotions despite having a good look and solid ability. Still in CZW today.
114. Chris Sabin- didn't wrestle much in the northeast as he did in previous years. Currently sporting a metrosexual look. Fine tuned in the ring.
115. Heretic- wrestled all over Pennsylvania, including for CZW. Made his NY debut for WSU. A very agile and quick cruiserweight wrestler.
116. Joker- returned to CZW and made an impact right away. Takes some serious pain in his matches.
117. Larry Sweeney- made his name in Chikara. One of the non-Mortal Kombat looking wrestlers in Chikara, where he's a star. Also wrestled for CZW and World-1 this year.
118. Mike Tobin- the former Boogie Knight is now going by the M-Tizzle moniker. Has had alot of success in ECWA. Still a regular in UXW where he made his name.
119. Nate Webb- the IWA Mid-South stand-out has built up a solid reputation in CZW. Has a good aura around him.
120. Mikey Whipwreck- has put his own career on hold as he's been helping up and coming wrestlers in NYWC. Also wrestled for PWF-NJ. The ECW faithful still love him, as was evident at this years ONE NIGHT STAND PPV.
121. Jerry Lawler- still hammering away on the indy scene when he's not doing Monday Night Raw. Depending on the promoter, he still puts out great performances. Still one of the best promo men in the business today.
122. Sexxy Eddy- has become a hit in CZW. Has a unique gimmick, and we're not just talking about the codpiece. Very entertaining to his fans. An IWS Canada regular.
123. Adam Pearce- Gabe Sapolsky's personal class pet, Pearce has been forced onto ROH fans like no other wrestler before. His homebase is California, but with time could be the next Austin Aries of ROH. Entered the ROH/CZW war.
124. Sal Rinauro- had a great run in both ROH and FIP. He's one of the better cruiserweights around. Has a very exciting style and isn't your normal flyweight cruiser wrestler.
125. Tito Santana- had probably one of his best post-WWE years during the DOI 250 grading period. Elevated a ton of indy talent and is still over with today's fans. Wrestled mostly for NWS but appeared in NYWC & in ABC Wrestling.
126. King Kong Bundy- the master of the 5 count lost alot of weight this year. An NWS semi-regular. Also competed for UXW & for NYWC. Tries to be heel sometimes but fans of yesteryear can't help but root for the guy.
127. Jake "The Snake" Roberts- Jake returned to the United States during the DOI 250 calendar year and went right to work for PWU. Also wrestled for NWS & for UXW. His agility and mobility is all but lost, but fans still love him. Still does the DDT.
128. Tony Mamaluke- did well for ROH. Will return to the new ECW. He's a good wrestler but sometimes gets lost in the shuffle.
129. Tommy Dreamer- when not making or breaking indy wrestler's dreams, Dreamer competes on the indy scene, wrestling for UXW, PW Elite, NEW & for other promotions. Recently returned to WWE TV for the rebirth of ECW.
130. Kevin Matthews- "2 Cocky" had the best year in his career, culminating with a WWE development deal. Currently in DSW, but wrestled for JAPW, WXW & NWS during the DOI 250 grading period. One of the rare big guys in the business who can wrestle and talk. Much better as a heel than a face.
131. Devon Moore- this PWU standout also wrestled for WXW, NWS, UXW, AWA and for other promotions this year. Really had a career year and the future only looks brighter. Has become one of PWU's bigger faces.
132. The Dynamic Sensation- former WXW cruiserweight and tag team champion. Really only wrestles for WXW, but could be an asset in other promotions. Hasn't shown much promo ability. Often compared to Jeff Hardy due to his style, gear and look.
133. Greg Matthews- the former Tough Enough contestant wrestled for LSW, WXW and BWO, among other feds. It's a wonder he's not used more often as he is a powerhouse with character. It wouldn't be shocking to see him back with Titan one day.
134. Beef Wellington- master of the ass punch. Wrestled sparingly for JAPW, CZW and for ROH. IWS Canada is his home fed. Has built up an indy career based on his finisher. Very comical. Should be interesting to see what he does if he ever took a more serious persona.
135. Drew Blood- a former WXW cruiserweight champion, Drew now makes PWU his home. Competed in this year's J-Cup and also debuted in UXW. Cuts solid promos. One half of Notorious Inc.
136. Reckless Youth- after dominating the northeast in the 90's, Reckless Youth made his comeback, wrestling for LSW, PWU and for other promotions. Used to have the nickname "King of the Indies"- maybe that's why he never got any further with his career. Solid wrestler, but his promo skills are lacking.
137. Corvis Fear- considers JAPW his home promotion, even if he's not on every show. Wrestled more for the AWA & NWS this year. Needs to drop the T-Shirt to earn a serious push in bigger promotions. Very innovative in the ring and can cut a good promo.
138. Ace Darling- the former Super 8 winner returned to the ECWA this year, where he was involved in several programs. Wrestles just for fun now, as his chances of going to the WWE these days are slim to none. Great on the microphone.
139. The Amazing Red- had an off year as injuries are catching up to him. Might be an example for today's cruiserweights as Red is very young and very injured. When he's on his game, he lives up to the "Amazing" hype. When he's hurt, he's just living off his prior accomplishments. Hopefully Red will be higher on this list next year, because the only reason he's not is due to his injuries.
140. Tracy Smothers- Obviously if Tracy wrestled more in the northeast, he'd be higher on this list. One of the best southpaws in the business. It would be great to see him back in the new ECW. Outside of the northeast, Tracy wrestles 4-5 days a week, which makes him a rare non-WWE full-time wrestler.
141. Scott Lost- competed in this year's Super 8, but aside from that didn't do much on the northeast. A PWG stand-out.
142. Bryan Logan- an ECWA regular. Competed in this year's Super 8. Has a good look.
143. Andre Lyonz- another wrestler who competed in this years prestigious Super 8 tournament. His performance could earn him more northeast bookings than he already has.
144. Rodney Mack- worked for NWA Cyberspace where he was in heavyweight title contention. Currently running his own promotion from his own homebase. Hasn't done much to make the WWE regret releasing him.
145. Scotty Charisma- the former ECWA Heavyweight champion also is a huge contributer to ECPW. Is a solid hand for old school wrestling promotions. His name is kind of corny but his skills are solid.
146. Supreme Lee Great- still competes in WXW where he's a main player whenever he's not on the outs with the company. One of the rare indy guys who can wrestle and cut a strong promo. Better as a heel but still can work as a face.
147. Arch Kincaid- this Chaotic Wrestling stand-out is a major player in ECWA. Don't be surprised to see him on WWE TV one day. Great old school heel with a Titan look.
148. The Blue Meanie- still doing his thing after all these years. Despite losing 3PW, Meanie was able to wrestle alot and even joined up with PWU. Always pops a crowd. Aside from the northeast, Meanie has become a fixture in other promotions, such as 1PW.
149. Michael Shane- worked for NWA Cyberspace and for other indy promotions. Most famously known for being the nephew of Shawn Michaels. Currently part of the TNA roster.
150. Shark Boy- worked for several northeast promotions, such as NWS and UXW. One of the longest tenured guys in TNA. Has a great gimmick that any young fan will like.
