Sad day, Mic, she was one of the people who made WSU what it is. Here's my oldest memory of her

I had first met Luna when I was a bodyguard for Elvira, Mistress of the Dark at an early Chiller Theater Convention. I was told some people wanted to "see me in the parking lot". After being trashed the night before, I could only imagine who wanted to kick my ass.

It was Luna, Dave Heath, & Jim Neighart. They wanted to know if I could get them in . I said sure, then Luna asked me if I could get her to meet Elvira. This was tricky because Elvira had a stalker and was really nervous. I asked her on the way up to the signing room if she had ever heard of Luna Vachon. She said to me "What is a Luna Vachon ? I said, " trust me , you'll love her, she's your kind of people". So I escorted Luna into the room and it was fuckin awesome. I wish I had the pic of the two of them.

I would run into Luna at certain events and she was always cool with me. I saw her in the early days of WSU and watched her and Amy Lee beat some respect into and retire The Diva Killaz. At this point she was a grandmother and could still work her ass off. We really lost one hell of a performer and one hell of a person. RIP Luna
