Mike Hawes sent out the following statement, in a response to Jasmin St. Claire:

Sorry about this everyone. As the title says “PROPOSED STATEMENT DRAFTED BY RICH”

Rich McDonald and myself drafted a private press release to gauge if business could be done by four individuals surrounded by storylines in 3PW since Ms. St Clair no showed and stiffed us for money and left the company to die with Brian Heffron taking the full brunt of her actions once again and of course us losing in excess of $5500, if we didn’t belly up and keep the dream alive with a crowd of about 200 in the arena and all the wrestlers in the locker room back in March then the company would have died on her shift. Things didn’t work out the way Ms. St Clair would have liked after telling some of the biggest lies known to man about why she didn’t have the decency to uphold her side of the bargain and for all her ranting and raving on the internet has no showed a few companies and failed to deliver the goods time and time again. We believed if all parties could work together a la JBL/Meanie and Hardy/Edge we’d have a shot at bringing back 3PW with a dynamic angle and running with the ball. Unfortunatly Ms. St Clair can’t seem to do anything without letting the whole world know and is incapable of doing business and putting personal feelings aside. As much as I think she’s a complete and utter nutburger I would be willing to do things to get the brand kicking and deliver an outlet back to the wrestlers who have lost a medium to show their skills. We sent that press release between Rebel – Meanie – Rich’ and myself to see what reaction it would get and go from there. This was never intended to become a full on shit slinging fest but hey I had….. sorry…. WE had no idea she’d react in this fashion. I’m not surprised but it’s very embarrassing but hey what can you do.

Needless to say there is no way this will ever get off the ground even though we tried to just put an idea out there. I’ll get back to the drawing board with Rich’.

Richard has had two eye surgerys and is going thru’ a divorce so we lost the ability to fund 3PW in the manner it was accustomed to and didn’t see an logical opening to run it at half the cost and loose the quality of action in the ring and risk having another fiscal loss with so much at stake financially for Rich and myself. We never officially announced it was ‘dead’ but “hibernating” but of course in the wrestling world your either running and alive or not running and dead.

All I can say to you Jasmine is that your actions and words are not suprising but if you took greater care reading rather than ranting you wouldn’t make such a giant arse of yourself as the first line said “PROPOSED STATEMENT DRAFTED BY RICH” no wonder the trademark and servicemark was able to be traded in return for the cash owed and the ability to keep the company alive with funding from it’s new owner and if you don’t believe me give your ‘friend’ Rich’ a call and he’ll confirm the nitty gritty.

Here’s a few juicy ones for you sweetheart = For the record I have never spoke to Terry Funk and you can give him a call. To talk that way of Talia makes you look a bitter and twisted old hag and she’s been in the WWE and you haven’t…. I wonder why. Also for note you harlot is that every decision made was made as group with Rich’ calling the last shot. We didn’t run 3PW like a dictatorship, Brian booked, I did the website writing and some logistical stuff and pretty much racked the phonebill up and Auggie did a lot of Operations and booking with Brian. As for the worst shows… Well your only as good as your last one and your’s was rubbish a no show and before that you sent a talent like Joey Matthews home with a boot in the arse and an empty wallet. If it makes me a bad guy to want wrestlers to get paid then so be it but hey you know what I can sleep at night and after reading your incoherent and unfactual drivel you obviously can’t. Now try not to get your panties in a twist princess and look at the business that could have been done if you’d just check that whooping humongous ego aside. I’ll close this out and you have a nice life.

Mike has since told the DOI that 3PW is finished for now, but may look into running shows on the West Coast sometime next year. Mike said the original press release that ran on the DOI wasn't meant for the media right away, despite it being sent to alot of people. Mike said that he just wanted to see if anyone would have interest in 3PW returning.

The Blue Meanie told the DOI that he hasn't talked to Mike Hawes since June, and wants the fans to know that he has nothing to do with 3PW's name being dragged through the mud right now. The Blue Meanie, who was the heart and soul of 3PW, has sat on the sidelines while Mike and Jasmin battle it out.

For those who may be confused, 3PW is done. It may be revived next year on the left coast. However, one thing to keep in mind is that Jasmin St. Claire owns all of 3PW's footage from 2/2002-11/2004 and is planning to release several new DVDs, including "The Best of Matt Striker" & "The Best of Joey Matthews."

Hopefully this drama is over, but if it is not, the DOI will have all the information.
