Details Of Jasmin St Claire's Deal with Mike & Rich of 3PW

After Mike Hawes of 3PW announced that 3PW would no longer cease to exist, former 3PW owner, Jasmin St Claire told the DOI that she has the rights to sell all future DVD's. Jasmin does plan on releasing a new 3PW DVD, called "Insane & Ready For Pain", which will be on sale in national retail outlets. Jasmin also told the DOI she's working on several other DVD projects for 3PW. When questioned if she was legally allowed to sell 3PW DVD's, the DOI received the following document, that shows all the details of the Jasmin and 3PW split. Here they are:

As you can tell, Jasmin can legally sell 3PW DVD's as long as the material didn't occur from December 2004 & beyond. Jasmin is also asking current 3PW officials to sell her back the name and intellectual property. Jasmin has expressed interest to the DOI that she'd like to buy the dead 3PW and try to bring it back to life.

The DOI will be covering this 3PW whirlwind story as news becomes available.
