The DOI received the following press release from 3PW, which claims that 3PW has settled all their internal problems and are ready to return in the future. It also claims that the company isn't "dead yet." Here's the press release:

To All Interested Parties – WE’RE NOT DEAD YET!

August 30TH 2005, Los Angeles, California.

In order to end the ‘broohaahaa’ about the status of 3PW, please consider the following, the official promogation of what’s up. In essence, 3PW is hibernating for the summer the reasons for this, frankly and simply, are that it’s the slow season especially in Philadelphia. Rich’ McDonald has got some trouble with his eyes he is working through and the company is pondering other strategic issues. It is fully the intent of 3PW to come back stronger than ever in late Autumn, just like we’ve always done.

As to the corporate structure of 3PW, it remains the same. All legal ownership, as well as the Trademark “3PW”, remain wholly vested with the CEO. Mike Hawes is the company’s General Manager. Brian Heffron is the company President. The partnership among Mike, Brian and Rich’ remains as solid as ever.

3PW has always counted on and never been let down by our fantastic fans, our loyal supporters and our die hard soldiers! When we come back, we’ll turn to these people and we know we can count on those such as Roger at The New Alhambra and The Rockin’ Rebel. Most importantly, of course is the support of our fans both in Philly and round the world. We may also form new alliances with old partners and new partners. The fans will be the first to know.

As to the future of 3PW again we’re not dead yet. You can count on a return of a stronger more dedicated wrestling company from 3PW.
