The Notorious 187 Homicide

Welcome everyone to the DOI Exclusive Audio Interview with Homicide. I interviewed Homicide on Friday night (3/25), so questions about him being the 6-time JAPW Heavyweight Champion weren't able to be asked. This interview will take a while to transcribe, hence the Audio version being available first. If anyone wants to lend a hand helping with the transcribing of this interview for print form, please email me at BULLSMC@aol.com

In this interview, Homicide talks about everything that has been going on, as well as his past and his future. Homicide talks about ROH, JAPW, CZW, 3PW, WXW, UXW, AWA, Japan, Puerto Rico, Smart Mark Fans, His Students, Low Ki, Jay Lethal, His Feuds, Samoa Joe, Steve Corino, Teddy Hart, The Strong Style Thugs, The Rottweilers, Julius Smokes and so much more. He also talks about the recent Dan Maff situation, but unfortunately I had to edit it, as you will find out why in the next paragraph.

During this interview, I asked Homicide about the Maff situation. Homicide talked for 10 minutes about Maff, and really put everything into perspective. I have the audio of that saved, and maybe I can use it in the future, but for now I can't put it on the site for many reasons.

The number 1 reason why I can't put the bulk of Homicide talking about Maff up is because I was contacted by the New York Police Department about the interview and when it was going to be made available. I was told if something ever happened to Maff, then Homicide would be the number 1 suspect. Stuff that Homicide says in this interview could be used as self-incriminating evidence if anything ever did happen to Maff. I do not want to be involved in any legalities or with the police. I also will not put something up that will bring more police attention to Homicide. The purpose of the DOI is to promote indy wrestling, not attract the cops to it.

This interview was requested before all this Maff stuff went down. It just happened that the Maff story occurred the week of when the interview was supposed to be conducted. I can't put something on the DOI that attracts the wrong readers. The interview is for the wrestling fans, not for police or lawyers. With the police reading this site every day, looking for something, I openly can not feed them information that could hurt Homicide's personal life, as well as bring me into a legal mess. The interview was intended to promote indy wrestling and Homicide, nothing more, nothing less.

However, despite that, Homicide did send the DOI a statement about Maff, that we can print. The statement is included in the link below:
Homicide Speaks on Maff

I hope that statement is satisfactory for everyone. However, in the interview itself, you can hear Homicide refer to Maff several times in the interview. The interview came out amazing and I think it's the best interview I've ever conducted.

The interview is a combined 44 minutes long. To make it easier to download, I have uploaded it into three different parts. You can either click the link to open up the interview in Quicktime (it streams, but you can also save it) or you can right click the link, click save as, and hear the interview in MP3 format. If you have any problems listen to it, just email us.

With that said, here is the interview:

Homicide Speaks on Maff

We thank everyone for taking time out to listen to this. If these interviews are easy for you to download and listen to, maybe we will do more audio interviews in the future. Feedback is appreciated, as it will help determine if we should do more audio interviews.

If anyone can help us transcribe this interview, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks for listening.
