The DOI is proud to announce that EC Negro, 1/2 of the Jersey All Pro Tag Team Champions, has been declared King by Negroville, Vermont residents.

In this unprecedented move in US Governement, Negroville city council said they needed a change, and that the old system wasn't working. Apparently, there were too many people not paying tolls to get into the lovely town of Negroville. Couple that in with city-wide theft, they hope by installing a monarchy, with a Dirty Rotten Scoundrel might be the perfect solution to end the cities problems.

James Fan of Negroville was quoted as saying, "Crime is up, so we figured by getting a scoundrel, he would know what the criminals were thinking, and we would beat them at their own game."

No word if DRS member, K.C. Blade will be taking any position of authority.
